Frattina Deluxe är en modern lägenhet på andra våningen, med hiss, i en vacker 1600-talsbyggnad, belägen i den prestigefyllda Via Frattina, några steg från de spanska trappan.
Lägenheten, totalrenoverad 2007 och fint möblerad, består av:
en ingång med ursprungliga kofterade tak från 1600-talet; en matsal med en dubbel bäddsoffa, från vilken du bekvämt kan se Plasma-TV, 32 tum med DVD. Från matsalen finns tillgång till ett stort kök med balkong, fullt utrustad med gasspis, grill, elektrisk och mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och kylskåp; sedan kommer du in i sovrummen där vi har en stor dubbel och en tvilling, båda sovrummen har utsikt över Via Frattina; ett badrum komplett med stort duschkabin; ett andra badrum; ett sovrum och en balkong.
Lägenheten är också utrustad med: höghastighetsinternet, både via kabel och wi-fi, luftkonditionering i alla sovrum, oberoende värme och dubbelglas i alla fönster.

Great

Apartment located in the historic center of the Rome. It was very clean and well organized. During stay I had couple questions and I received immediate response from the owner. Building secure, working lift and walking distance to major monuments. We really enjoyed our stay.

Best location, great apartment!

This VRBO was wonderful. The location was Perfect, we could walk to all sites. Restaurants all around. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. As a family of 6 (2grandparents, 2parents and 2 teenagers) the apartment was fantastic. Alessandro was very helpful and even arranged airport transportation for us. Great stay. Highly recommend.

Nice Apartment in a Great Location

We enjoyed the apartment very much. A terrific location, walking distance to just about every where. There is A/C in living room and each of the 2 main bedrooms which is not usual, but very nice. Good communication from Alessandro.

Great location in Rome!

Great location in Rome, very close to the Spanish steps. The apartment itself was on the 3rd floor, but there was an elevator for our luggage. There were 7 of us and it was comfortable, basic and clean. We slept well. It was quiet for the most part, not much street noise. The kitchen had everything we would need, although we didn't really use it. There was a great pasta place close by, 4E a plate for great pasta. Close to the metro as well, but also a great location to walk to the sites. It was possible to communicate with the owner using google translate.

Good location but apartment needs refreshing

Very mixed feelings about this stay with lots of pros and cons- some items are both. Location is a pro (you can walk to many key attractions and nearby cafes) but on busy street so lots of crowds, noise, street light. Sleeps 6 is a pro but sofa bed unhygenic and those who used it got bug bites overnight- no one else did. Apt has washer but hard to get clothes to dry on outside rack so end up wearing damp clothing. Totally functional apt. for 4 but interior walls, furniture, and linens need to be refreshed- better lighting would be helpful. Appreciated Owner arranging transportation and his quick response to emails. We were all Disappointed with this visit.

Not like the pictures

Although the apartment was conveniently located, we were unhappy to find that the apartment did not match the pictures. Two of the bedrooms were photographed twice with furniture arranged differently, to give the impression of a third bedroom. What is on the floor plan as the third bedroom is actually a windowless closet with a cot, and locked supply closets. No bedside table or lamp, no surface to place luggage or clothing. The walls were scuffed and filthy. We had to move the cot into the living room because sleeping in the airless closet was not an option. There was one lamp in the living room but it was not on the table next to the couch and it had no lampshade. Overhead lights had missing light shades, making for glaring lights. The air conditioners did not work, and as there were no screens for the windows, we were a feast for the mosquitos. There was no coffee pot. What is advertised as an outdoor area is a small balcony off the kitchen which overlooks the roof of added outdoor room of the apartment below, with no chairs even if we wanted to sit out there. The apartment was not clean, and was actually shabby, needing a paint job and a good scrubbing, We were greeted by Alessandra and another woman when we arrived, and were told that Alessandro was at a wedding. Our limited Italian and their limited English made for difficult interaction, and when we met Alessandro on the day we left, he was neither friendly nor communicative. We would not recommend this apartment to any of our friends who travel, and we would not stay there again. For such a potentially wonderful apartment at such an ideal location, the owner would be wise to put the same amount of work into the apartment that he put into the pictures.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία Εξαιρετική συννενόηση με διαχειριστή Στις έξι διανυκτερεύσεις ΔΕΝ αντικαταστάθηκαν πετσέτες και σεντόνια Δεν ανανεώθηκαν βασικά προϊόντα όπως χαρτί υγείας / απορυπαντικο πιάτων/ σακούλες σκουπιδιών κλπ Το διαμέρισμα ειναι παλιό και μυρίζει άσχημα Το ένα από τα τρία aircondition δεν δούλεψε Το δωμάτιο που εμφανίζεται ως μονόκλινο είναι τυφλό και εν ολίγοις απαράδεκτο διότι πρόκειται για λινοθηκη ( δυο ντουλάπες κλειδωμένες - καμμία για τον ένοικο) Πιθανόν λόγω παλαιότητας οι αποχετεύσεις είναι …..αργές ! Το μοναδικό μπαλκονάκι βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο/φωταγωγό

Value for money apartment

2nd time at this apartment and Alessandro was very easy to deal with again. Met us on check in and at check out. Apartment is in heart of Rome in a busy area. Very close to supermarket, Via Del Corso and all main tourist sites. Being self contained it does need to have at least a tea towel or paper towels to wipe down with. Coffee, tea, sugar, washing powder all provided. Good size for a family of 4 adults with plenty of room.

Great location, easy access

We had an amazing time in Rome, made so much easier with the host organizing everything from our transfers to and from the apartment to a high chair, cot and pram for our baby. Lift access was handy and the location is amazing. Getting serenaded day and night from the opera singers and violinists down on the streets makes it even more special. Your really staying in the heart of Rome.

Clean and functional, great location.

Great central location worked well for a three day family stay in Rome. Owner was pleasant and easy to communicate with. One thing to note is the third bedroom has no window or ventilation. So it’s really not a proper bedroom, particularly in hot weather.

Situation parfaite pour visiter ROME à pied

Appartement situé dans l'hyper centre de Rome. Possibilité de tout visiter à pied. A proximité de la rue dei Corso (rue principale pour le shopping). Deux belles chambres + 1 chambre sans fenêtre qui est un peu triste. Seul bémol : les 2 chambres principales donnent sur la rue qui est vraiment bruyante (même en Janvier !!). Entre autres, des bruits de déchargement de camion qui se font entendre dès 7h le matin !! Les boules quies sont donc de rigueur !! Le petit balcon donne sur une façade de logements. La vue y est donc sans intérêt. Alessandro nous a réservé le taxi pour le trajet du retour Centre ville / Aéroport à 5h du matin. Merci Alessandro pour cette belle semaine passée dans cette ville magnifique qu'est ROME !!

Perfect location for us!

My husband and I and our three children (young adults) were looking for a location near the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain and some shopping...the lively street with cafes and boutiques was PERFECT! The apartment decor was dated but clean. We used the stove and the iron and both worked fine. We arrived pretty late and Alessandro arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport. We could have probably got one less expensive on our own but appreciated having someone at the airport when we landed around 10pm and very tired. The woman who met us at the apartment was lovely...she didn’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian but we used the google translator and it worked. We would stay there again and would recommend to our friends. Thank you!

The open windows with the violin playing and the Italian atmosphere was lovely. The only complaint is the “third room” is like a closet feel and the bed is a rough to sleep on. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

This VRBO was clean and centrally located to upscale shopping. The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are located near this property. We recommend this property; however, be advised that a tourist tax is accessed upon your arrival at the property. This took us by surprise, as this tax was not communicated up front or listed in the VRBO information.

Excelente estadia no coração de Roma

O apartamento é ótimo e completo, as imagens condizem com o real. Sr. Alessandro nos recebeu amigavelmente. A localização é o principal atrativo, há poucos passos da Piazza di Spgna com acesso a restaurantes, pontos turísticos e próximo ao metrô, que dá fácil acesso a estação Roma Termini, onde é possível fazer conexão com aeroporto e trens. Nos hospedamos em 8 pessoas e o apartamento acomodou muito bem. Altamente recomendado!
