Great Location

A great spot in the middle of everything - 3 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 7 minutes to Spanish Steps and Shopping, 25 minutes to the Colosseum and 30 minutes to Vatican

Perfect Location/friendly staff/spacious for families

We loved staying here! We are right in the middle of Trevi fountain, Spanish stairs, Pantheon. The staff is so friendly and we had amble room for my family of 5

Great location and lots of room

Perfect location for sightseeing. Apartment is large and the communication with owner was really easy. Would stay here again on a future visit.

Family fun in Rome

We were a family 5, ranging in ages from 16 to 78. The apartment was clean, great location and everyone was very helpful. The restaurant attached was great and the continental breakfast was a great and easy starter to our day.

This was a great place for our family. Easy to get around Rome. The apartment was large with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. So glad we rented it.

great large apartment in heart of Rome

This was a one night stay for us before heading to airport but was really nice and roomy for a family. Layout is a little odd but there is plenty of space for everyone. If you want to be right in the thick of it all this is extremely close to Trevi Fountain and a very busy part of town. A nice spot!

Great location, great food, very touristy!!

Very convenient to Trevi Fountain, which was a mad house while we were there. Disappointed that it was listed as with A/C but it had been ‘turned off’ so not available. We were offered the breakfast free the next morning for the inconvenience. It was bland. Fans were provided. The apartment had very cold styling not in keeping with the decor of the old building. The elevator worked but was so tiny. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we did sleep great. Overall the apartment worked for our last two days in Rome but I would probably not stay here again.

Apartment is not an apartment

So, the ?apartment was not well kept. The pictures are outdated. The sofa on the communal entrance is very faded also stained and so was the flooring. The kitchen was clean but the complimentary tea and coffee had empty used packaging left in them. The bathroom had ants nesting and 1st bedroom with en-suite hadn’t been cleaned after previous occupants, toilet had poo marks yuck!! This room had to be aired overnight !! 2nd bedroom with en-suite had ants in it too , futon smelt musty and the shower in en-suite had not been clean found blonde hair in cubicle. Not worth what we paid overall was very disappointing, had not been cleaned

Emplacement idéal

Emplacement central et très pratique a 5mn de la fontaine de Trevi. L'appartement est grand bien disposé. En revanche assez bruyant et un peu vieillissant. Le personnel d'accueil est parfait. Une bonne adresse pour ceux qui recherchent une situation centrale avec de l'espace à un prix convenable.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed staying here on our last night in Rome. Beautiful, huge apartment that was perfect for me and my two teenage daughter’s. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helped us with our luggage. We each had our own bedroom and there was plenty y of space throughout. The location was excellent. I had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and they packed pizza’s to go for my kids who didn’t want to leave the apartment. The apartment was quiet and perfect. Thank you!
