NEW LOG CABIN på en rusande öringbestånd på 10 tunnland. Vacker miljö med bäcken i din trädgård. Du kan höra det rusande vattnet från bakdäck. Vackra handgjorda röda cederträmöbler accenter denna vackra timmerstuga. Om du letar efter en avskild och privat Creekside-reträtt kommer du att älska detta. Elk Creek listas som en enastående resurs för vatten av staten NC och lager varje månad från Mar-Aug.
Detta timmerhus erbjuder avskildhet och lugn miljö längs bäcken, men ändå bekvämt till attraktioner som Boone (Appalacian State Univ.) Och Blowing Rock. Det är en 15-20 min åka uppför berget till många restauranger och butiker etc. Blue Ridge Parkway och Leatherwood Stables (ridning) ligger inom 10-15 minuters bilresa.
Stugan erbjuder handgjorda röda cederträ- och tallmöbler i hela och kök är utrustat med allt du behöver för matlagning och bakning. En gasspis i vardagsrummet kommer säkert att kyla ur luften på vintern men vi har också central luft och värme. Du hittar detta väldigt tyst och mysigt. Hot tub in på en täckt veranda för integritet. The cabin is lovely- very comfortable bed and nice soft sheets and towels. We had everything we needed. Hot tub was relaxing and well- kept. My husband was disappointed- no fish, but otherwise it was very nice.

Phenomenal stay at Anglers Retreat. The property is tucked away at the perfect distance from Boone yet rural. The Creek was incredible and all the additional amenities were on point.

Great place to stay. Place was clean. Definitely off the beaten path but well worth it if you are wanting to get away. Loved being on the creek and having a fire in the pit outside every night. Hot Tub was nice to get in after hiking all day. If i had to critique one thing. I would say to update your information on dog fee, and trash. We were a little confused about what we read online vs what was at the cabin. Great time. Will return next year.

Peace and quiet

I took my 2 boys for a long weekend and loved it. Im not sure which way the 10 acres align as you do have neighbors on one side. Gorgeous water and absolutely relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we were looking for! A few suggestions:1. We knew we were off the grid, but didn't realize there would be gravel roads. Prepare your guests for this.2. Add 5/night and stock extra paper products3. Add another 5/night and eliminate "please take your trash with you". Pay the housekeepers to dispose of it.4. Change check out time to 11:00 AM.5. Replace frying pans.Repeating......we loved your property and will be back after the fish stocking hatcheries are back in business!

Nice and Quiet

Stayed for a birthday/father's day. It was relaxing and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware which made it easy to cook at the cabin. The river in the back was very peaceful with plenty of fish in it. The host was very fast as responding to anything as well.

Lovely location. Beautifully maintained, modern cabin with full kitchen, TV, plenty of hot water, and superb internet. Nice little trout stream (Elk Creek) right on the property.

Family getaway

Everything was perfect. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The kids had a blast. It felt secluded and surrounded by nature. We hope to be back soon. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Beautiful!

The cabin and surrounding area were beautiful! We loved being able to hear the stream/river. The hot tub was great after spending a day up on Appalachian Mountain.

Riverside Cabin

Wife and I plus our 2 golden retrievers enjoyed our stay. We went into town “Boone” which is about a 35 minute drive. The cabin was great! The river behind the property has some deep spots where the pups loved to jump into. No cell service but the wifi was great and the house has a phone. It was a nice getaway.

Well apppointed cabin right on the stream

Really clean and comfortable well-appointed cabin with good amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. Perfect for a fly fishing getaway although when we went in July it was too hot to fish and the stream was very low. The hot tub is nice, and the living room has a nice fireplace. Small issues like very slow internet and the shower lever in the bath not working well hardly registered, although requiring you to take your own trash with you if you produced more than one garbage bag of trash and charging $10/bag if you left more than one seemed a little over the top given you’re paying a hefty cleaning fee. Highly recommend stocking up on food for your stay as restaurants are pretty few and far between and there are no grocery stores nearby. The host was very communicative though which we appreciated. Overall a very nice place on a beautiful mountain stream which is great for fly fishing.

Summer Getaway

We had an amazing time and stay at the Anglers Retreat. There wasn’t a detail missed, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub was clean & relaxing, wood for the campfire was available, and loved the wonderful stream in our backyard! What a treat to watch the deer in the side yard and listen to the stream on the back porch.
