I detta unika hem vid floden kommer gästerna att njuta av tre våningar inomhus / utomhusbebyggelse, med fantastisk utsikt över floden överallt. Öppna alla dörrar vid Chattahoochee Shoals för att njuta av det avkopplande ljudet från floden Chattahoochee som rusar över de rikliga klipporna och stenblocken!

Huvudnivån har en öppen plan, med nya sittmöbler och smart TV. Ät middag på nya möbler medan du njuter av floden. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med angränsande badrum. Det fullt utrustade köket ansluts till tvättstugan som har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. På övervåningen har det stora loftet två dubbelsängar, en sittgrupp och ett badrum med dusch.

På den lägre nivån kommer du att njuta av mer bekväma sittplatser, en stor TV-skärm och ett spelområde som till och med har en fristående airhockey. Det finns också ett badrum med duschkabin. De centrala och lägre nivåerna har stora omlindade verandor som vetter mot floden, med en badtunna på den lägre verandan. De huvudsakliga och lägre verandorna är tillgängliga genom skjutbara glasdörrar och ansluts också via en utomhusstrappa.

Chattahoochee Shoals är en husdjursvänlig stuga och en engångsavgift per husdjur tillkommer om du tar med din hund (er).

Peaceful and secluded

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is minimally decorated. Pet-friendly with a reasonable fee for pets. Kids and dog loved playing at the water. It was unfortunate the hot tub didn't work. We were very much looking forward to that. But it happens. The cabin definitely needs more seating in the living room area. Also outside on the deck. A swing or rockers would be nice. The grill was on the small side. It works, though. Now that driveway! HOLY MOLY that thing is an adventure on its own! AWD/4WD is definitely preferred for this driveway! We had a friend that lives up there visit for a few hours and he brought his 4WD truck. Even he said that was no way they would have gotten up that driveway in his other vehicle. There is a flat area to park up towards the top, but its still... scary.

Great location/view

The house/cabin was comfortable and the view in the back is just wonderful. Our only issue was that we found out late the hot tub wasn’t full and did not get to use it all weekend. However property manager did respond and gave a small refund.

Great stay on the River

The space felt smaller than the pictures but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a holiday stay. The gravel driveway took skills and a high clearance car to manage. Everything was clean and location on the river was very relaxing

Memorable get-a-way

I wanted to get away and hide in nature and this home fit the bill perfectly! The sound of the river was so calming and the hot tub made it better. I watched the kids hopping along the rocks while enjoying my coffee. Gorgeous views!! The house also had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving feast. The only thing that stressed me out was that driveway. My car barely made it up the hill and sustained some damage. I would return but with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Highly recommend.

The view and location was amazing. Very steep driveway. The cabin was nice. The only problem is m allergic to mold and suffer from chronic migraines. The minute ee opened the door the mold smell hit you in the face. I was up all night sick from the smell triggering my headaches. Called property management and told them we were checking out due to the mold smell . They quickly did a refund for part of our trip. That about sums it up.

Peaceful Nature Retreat with Some Challenges

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Chattahoochee Shoals, booked through Georgia Mountain Rentals, for a small getaway. As a disabled veteran with a service animal and another 2 dogs, I found the booking process very accommodating and the staff extremely helpful.Pros: •The place is very nice, clean, and nestled next to the Chattahoochee River. •The house is surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. •Easy access to nearby towns and attractions, with Walmart just 12 minutes away and Helen, GA, about 25 minutes away. •Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. •The house is well-decorated in a minimalist style, making it feel cozy and uncluttered. •Pet-friendly with a reasonable fee for pets. They even provide pet bowls (for smaller pets) and plenty of towels marked “doggie.”Cons: •Arrival Night: Do not arrive at night! The GPS only gets you so far, and the last part of the journey is pitch dark. You’ll need to follow specific directions to navigate the gravel driveway that turns into concrete. There’s a right turn marked by a sign on a tree; missing this turn leads to a very steep hill. Trust me, going up is better than going down! •Bugs: Forget about enjoying the deck at night due to the bugs. It’s best to return home before sundown. •Free-Roaming Dogs: People let their dogs roam free without leashes. One of my dogs is aggressive towards other dogs, and a large dog approached us causing a bit of panic, leading to a fall down the steep hill. Luckily, no severe injuries. Despite these challenges, the rest of our trip was uneventful and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, with easy access to the river. There are steps or a side path to get down to the river, where there’s a great spot for dogs (and humans) to enjoy the water. My dog loved it!Overall

Perfect cozy get away for a family of 6 !

Other than the scenic beauty of the river flowing ( the sounds of the rushing water were mesmerizing) the fireplace in the living room was our favorite part. The hot tub was huge !!!! They even had a box fan tucked away in a closet for use , which I loved !!! We would definitely stay her again if we were to revisit the area :) The one and only thing I would recommend to GA mountain rentals is to maybe get a rug for the inside and outside of the entrance door. It was pouring down rain on us when we arrived and it was virtually impossible to not track mud & water inside, which made a huge mess. I think a rug both in/out would have helped with the mess. We mopped up after ourselves to not leave such a muddy mess! Happy traveling !! Oh ... I also had trouble getting the lock to unlock so I called after hours for help and the gentleman was quick to offer to come down to the property and help us get in the house .. we finally got it open so there was no need but it was great customer service !

Snowy Christmas Getaway

Our stay was amazing. The cabin was a little hard to get to, and hard to get out of with small cars. Ylhowever, that didn't damper our stay one bit. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights over Christmas. It has plenty, I mean plenty, of space for celebrations like that. My daughter and I stayed in the loft area, my parents had the master, and we all used the downstairs game area from time to time. My dad mostly stayed down there to avoid all the ladies, as my aunts came over every day to visit from their cabin. We enjoyed the cabin immensely and have decided we will be vacationing every year for Christmas. A genuinely great experience.

Loved it!

The only issues were a few bugs in the house and the chairs outside were wet. It would be nice to have a spot outside to put them up when not in use. Other than that it was perfect! We will return.

Great location by river but needs some love.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is nothing to brag about, its ok. What you grow to love is the location by the river. Its away from homes right now (until they build a new cabin they are working on next door) The driveway is steep (scared to go it the first few times) and had trouble finding it at first (4-5min thru dirt roads) and on the instructions before you get to the driveway they mention a circle, if you are not familiar with the location I would have preferred it to be called a fork as there is a "road" on the left that we went down by mistake and had to reverse and almost got stuck. Maintenance done to the cabin is mediocre at best. walls patched wrong, just ugly looking work all around. Laminate floor needs replacing, you can see where it got water damage, I would recommend switching it with vinyl flooring as its waterproofed. Air hockey didn't have a puck so we didn't get to play. Wall outlets could use replacing as anything that's plugged comes out easily. But overall we enjoyed the river, the view and the sounds of the river.

The cabin needs some updating. The management company did a great job coming over and repairing the broken shower door. Very steep driveway. A truck or an SUV is a must.
