The Brisbane apartment is a modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment (accommodating 4+2 people), located on the first floor of the building in Forte São João, accessible via stairs. Just 300 meters away lies the beautiful Alemães beach. The complex features a large communal pool, sun loungers, and well-maintained gardens. Situated between Albufeira’s old town and new town, all amenities are within walking distance, including beautiful beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.

The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms: both furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom boasts a sea view and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom overlooks the pool, and there is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment has been fully renovated with a multifunctional open-plan living area, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortably furnished living room, a TV, and a balcony perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a relaxing drink at sunset or breakfast. The kitchen offers all modern appliances you might need during your stay, including a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a breakfast counter with stools. The apartment also provides a private parking space within the complex.

Points of interest include the famous "Rua da Oura" (approximately a 10-minute walk) with the city’s best bars and nightlife, and the historic Old Town (20 minutes on foot).

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season)
