A Perfect Stay

The apartment is elegant, tastefully appointed & comfortable. The location is close to all of the necessary amenities needed while on vacation. The views from the terrace & the upper bedroom are stunning. The twinkling lights of the Riviera at night are a delight. The warmth of the unit by sophisticated use of color was much appreciated & enjoyed. This an apartment for the discerning lover of art & beauty.

A beautiful two story unit with a huge deck! Very conveniently located to the beach, train station and tram. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Super Terrasse und sehr nahe Mittelmeerlage

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und optimal für einen Städtetripp nach Nizza. Mit Bus und Bahn vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen (Taxi nicht nötig). Ab Mittag hat man bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne auf den Terrassen, die mit elektrischen Markiesen versehen sind. Bis zum Meer/Steinstrand/Prommenade sind es 200 Meter. Bis zur Altstadt ca. 2 km. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Segolene sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die beiden Bäder mit Duschen und Bidets sind relativ groß. Dafür die beiden seperaten Toiletten eher klein und eng. Im unteren Bad roch es etwas muffig. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermärkte alles um die Ecke. Vom Kino im Ergeschoß und der Nachbarschaft im Haus bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit. Beide Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten raus und sehr ruhig. Elektrische Rollos sorgen wenn gewünscht für Verdunkelung. Volle Empfehlung von uns!

Great property! Terrace is lovely and as pictured. Everything you need and 20 min walk to Old Town. Quiet area. Close to beach. Met us at property and explained everything. Would definately recommend and go back.

Super Wohnung. Klimanalage so leise und so wichtig im Reisemonat. Traumterasse. Es war alles perfekt. Ich würde jederzeit diese Objekt wieder wählen.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone, the flat was spotless and morning coffee/ evening drinks on the veranda was amazing. We would love to go back!

We were 2 couples visiting Nice and environs. Location central to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Spacious and clean. Wonderful balconies. Would happily return.

Wonderful experience

The apartment is centrally located in walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais with the famous Negresco hotel, super markets/ small shops, and restaurants/ cafes. Everything was perfectly arranged, very clean and the communication to receive keys and instructions went very smooth. The roof terrace with fantastic views around the city is fabulous and you will find all you need in the apartment (also quiet at night for a good night sleep). Thank you for the wonderful place to stay making our Nizza trip a perfect experience! Info for Segolene: we watered the plants on the terrace and balcony and you should ask if people could kindly do so. They are important for the nice ambience and it would look sad not to have them on the terrace.

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren zu zweit, meine Freundin und ich. Jede hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad. Die Terrasse mit den Zitronenbäumen und den Oleandern ein Traum! Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Es war sogar Wasser und ein Orangensaft bei der Anreise bereitgestellt. Tolle Gastgeberin!

Delightful stay

This apartment is charming and well-located—close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants on the Rue de France. For those who do not want to brave the crowds at mealtimes, the kitchen is small but fully equipped to make full meals. We took our meals on the terrace that is as large as it seems in the picture. There once again two lounge chairs thanks to Segolene. She was amazing as described in the other reviews and arranged for a cot to be put in the upper bedroom so that we could have three beds. Highly recommended.

Nice place, But construction noise ruined it for us

This is a lovely apartment with a magical terrace and nice views. Our stay, however, was ruined by an incredibly noisy construction site right below us. Drills jackhammers you name it - terrible. Property manager let us out early. Hate to say a bad thing but make sure you ask about the construction noise before you book.

Nice en juillet 2020

superbe vue sur la mer et emplacement parfait pour aller se baigner le matin de bonne heure. Le promenade est très, très bruyant mais le reste est si beau qu’on oublie. C’est aussi bien placé pour aller en ville ou à la gare à pied. L’appartement est spacieux et comfortable. Dommage qu’il n’y a qu’une douche mais au moins il y a deux toilettes ! Cuisine bien équipée. On a passé une très bonne semaine.

Riviera stay

The best part of this property is the property manager, Segolene. She is super helpful and always got back to me when I texted her. Additionally, I fell during our stay and she helped my by calling an orthopedic doctor and getting me an appointment which SAVED me! She also helped call my airline to arrange for a wheelchair. She is wonderful and will be your go-to person if you need something. The apartment is large and the terrace is lovely. I was hoping for two lounge chairs but there is only one. There are two nice tables and chairs for eating and relaxing though. The only thing I think should happen is to get a one day refund since a water pipe burst and water from the downstairs bathroom was going all over the floor. We tried to help get the water up with towels and mops but my friend worked for two hours mopping up water so the water was contained. Once the plumber was called, it was repaired. Again, Segolene dealt with the emergency beautifully. You will enjoy your stay as it is close to the beach and lots of transportation options.

Location is Ideal

Nice apartment, quite neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere and both the bus station and the tramway station were around! The train station is within a walking distance as well. So visiting the other towns around Nice was very easy.

Wonderful VRBO

We had a great experience in Nice mainly due to the VBRO. The location was great a block from the beach and near the train station. The property manager was responsive to our questions and there to show us the apt. I highly recommend this unit.
