The Villa Coral Bay is a charming holiday home for 8+2 people, located in a quiet urbanization in Albufeira, close to all amenities. With a large private pool and spacious garden, it is perfect for families seeking a relaxing vacation.



The property has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 double room and 2 rooms with a double bed and single bed. All have a private bathroom and access to a common balcony. The 4th bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, and direct access to the pool and garden area.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a laundry room with an ironing board. The dining room, with a large table for 14 people, and the living room, with TV and comfortable sofas, provide access to the outdoor space.



The exterior offers a private pool (heatable as an optional extra) and an outdoor dining table, ideal for family meals. On the lower floor, there is a games room with snooker, foosball, darts, and ping-pong.



The location is excellent, near shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Oura Beach is 2.5 km away, and the nearest golf course is just a 5-minute drive.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

The 9th and 10th people will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
