THE TIDES-1 bedroom apt on the beach!

This 790 sq. ft. unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and is located on a 7th floor. The apartment also has a big living room, dining room, a full kitchen (with all appliances) and a very nice balcony. Perfect to accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults max.), there are two full-size beds; a crib and an air mattress are available, if needed. There is also plenty of room for luggage and more.

The condo has all you need to spend a great vacation. Need more? The building has a large pool from where you can have direct access to the quiet beaches ( you don't even have to cross the street to lay down on the sand!). You can also enjoy the gym and walk around the gardens. Laundry facilities are located on each floor, and there's also a mini-market where you can get a variety of cold and hot foods and drinks. They also delivered food to the apartment or to the pool, super convenient!

The building is ON the beach! That being said, you're minutes away to many excellent restaurants, supermarkets and so much more. The well-known and posh Aventura Mall is the closest shopping location.

Family vacation

Beautiful condo with upgraded kitchen and furniture. Everyone was very nice and helpful with us in any questions we had. The beach is fantastic and the chairs and umbrellas included were very appreciate it to use on our trip. I recommend this condo 100%.

Great beach location

We loved this condo. Everything is just like the pictures. The place was clean and well equipped. It was very nice to have the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella stored in the closets that we could carry down to the beach. We made good use of the beach and pool. The pay washer and dryer was convenient to use as well. Check in was a little confusing. I recommend you complete your payment to Vrbo before you arrive. I did it when we arrived and it took some time for our names to show up in the system of the rental office. That office is in the other building than this unit and is only open until 5pm. You have to get the fob for the doors and elevator from the office. A little better communication of the process before arrival would have been helpful. That process did not take away from our enjoyment of this condo. We loved our stay!

Pleasant stay

Nice condo and was well equipped and clean. The AC was a bit too loud. The living room was cool while at the same time the bedroom was too warm. The kitchen sink clogged but was fixed within a few hours. The beach and pool was good. Sandra was nice with us. Check in process was long and tedious due to the fact that we had to bring our numerous luggage to another building to obtain our access passes. Due to a mishap, we did not have our code to the door and we were unable to contact Sandra . The receptionist at the front desk was totally disinterested in providing any assistance.. However, her replacement was very understanding and helped us to contact Sandra. Overall, our stay was pleasant and good.
