Direkt på de vackra stränderna i Hollywood Florida och precis vid hörnet av Hallandale Beach Boulevard erbjuder denna underbara 1 sovrum + 1 bad lägenhet dig fantastisk strand och havsutsikt direkt från din balkong. Enheten (er) har nyligen renoverats (2014) med nykaklade porslinsgolv i kök och vardagsrum (kök, matsal och vardagsrum). Badrummet har också totalrenoverats (2014) med ny fåfänga, handfat, rörsystem, toalett och porslin kaklat golv och väggar. Den glasluckade dusch- och badkar kombinationen ger detta badrum ett rent och friskt nytt utseende. Professionellt inredda, erbjuder denna enhet en queen size-säng i en bekväm storlek separat sovrum och queen size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Vi erbjuder allt från sängkläder, handdukar, porslin, strandstolar och strandhanddukar till 50 tums skärm-TV i vardagsrummet + 32 tums skärm-tv i sovrummet, DVD, väckarklocka, mini stereo och WiFi. Denna lägenhet har allt. Om du hyr en bil kan vi också erbjuda en parkeringsplats (med extra avgifter). The condo owners were very responsive, the condo was clean, I loved the view of the morning sun rises and the beach, I was very thankful for the beach chairs and umbrellas that were in the condo unit for us to use, I felt very safe, one thing that was not stated in the description is the beach front for this condo is very wide so it was not at all crowded on the beach and also there is a life guard watch tower right next to the condo property line, beach front is very clean, clear water and you could walk out in the water a long way from shore - we very much enjoyed our stay

Very nice place, friendly helpful staff, pool was busy but the pool area is so big it accommodates large crowds without any issues. Room was really clean & modern. One complaint - pool was not cleaned of sand on bottom daily, but that’s about the only flaw… Can’t wait to go back

Nice Place To Stay

The unit is a little dated but otherwise very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Check in and check out are a pain as you have to buy key fobs and parking. Security is excellent. The pool is heated and the beach is just a few steps away. Overall a nice place to stay!

Our 2nd time to the Tides.

The condo was immaculate with newer kitchen appliances and everything you need to.cook your own meals . Beautiful ocean views from the balcony.Close to shopping , restaurants etc.Ft .Lauderdale is close by and Miami , maybe a 45 minute drive.

Beautiful, easy and convenient

We really liked it. Felt like there was a lot of strange rules like only certain elevators were allow to b used when lugging things. And the party room closed early. And you couldn’t even sit at the pool at night quietly cause it was closed. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of chairs and umbrellas to use was great.

Superb Weekend at The Tides

Joanna was an excellent host ! Attentive to my needs and very cooperative. The place was just great ‘ spacious, clean, well equipped and great view. The amenities were excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Lovely Condo Nicely Furnished

Rented this apt for my elderly mom. She had a great time. Said the beds were very comfy and the apt had everything she needed including Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella.

Beautiful beach location

We stayed here for a week to escape the Midwest Winter weather and Hollywood did not disappoint! It was great to walk out the door to the nice heated pool or a few more steps to the sandy beach. The unit provides nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella.The pictures are accurate of the unit itself. As noted in the description, you have to buy a parking pass (no street parking) and purchase a fob to get in and out anywhere (additional fees when you get there). Communication with the owners is excellent. It’s a short drive to the Boardwalk, just keep in mind parking is 3-5/hr. I gave this a 4 star review because the buildings themselves are older and can use some updating, and an elevator was out of order for most of our stay.

Great getaway

I booked this property for my wife and her best friend. The location was great and they both really enjoyed the property. Joanne and Rosie were very responsive to any questions I had before arrival and were responsive to any questions my wife had during her stay. Next time my wife and I look to travel to the area this will be a place we will look to stay.

Perfect little trip for a small group!

Had great weather for a long weekend on the beach. 1.5-2ish miles to boardwalk if you are looking for more restaurants and bars. Not a ton around the condo area currently. Great time, great area and would go back again!

Property was clean and just as advertised. Nice location. Property owners were quick to respond to any questions. Overall nice stay. Arrived after rental office closed, so a bit complicated getting Into/out of secure building without key fobs…the 1st night.

Clean, pretty & fun

Condo was spotless. Exactly as advertised. Our family of 4 cooked most days/evenings and kitchen accommodations were great. Additionally, building amenities were great. Pool, beach access & parking available onsite. No issues whatsoever. Great hosts. Look forward to visiting again!
