Kort promenad till stan, fyren, lekplatsen, hamnen, många restauranger och butiker, Brant Point & Jetties Beach. Privat liten gård med fristående garage och gott om off street parkering. Fronten sluten veranda och bakdäck. Hem fullt utrustat med sängkläder, välutrustat kök, gasgrill och utomhusdusch. Den första våningen har ett soligt kök, matsal med plats för tio, vardagsrum, en skärmad veranda och ett sovrum med queen size-säng. Det finns tre fler sovrum på övervåningen.

*** Bara 500 trädgårdar till barnens strand: Detta är en hamnstrand, perfekt för små barn; Park, lekplats och bandstand; Badvakt, toaletter, duschar, matservice, picknickbord. Mat, lekplats och vila är alla tillgängliga. Aktiviteter som sponsras av Park & Recreation Commission hålls ofta på denna strand under sommaren.

Wedding weekend getaway

The house was perfect for a 3 couple stay for a wedding. Location was great! We were able to get in a little early which helped. Only real negative is carpets needed cleaning.

Great family vacation home

The home was clean & well appointed. The location was perfect- just a few blocks from Main Street. Check in & check out was easy. Great communication with the owner. Wonderful experience to stay here with our family of four!

Perfect Location!

We came for Food & Wine from Wednesday-Friday. The house is classic Cape charm, clean, and easy walk to White Elephant/shops/restaurants. Beds were very comfortable; two full bathrooms (one is en suite); large dining table. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Nantucket Visit

This house was the perfect spot for our trip to Nantucket! The location is great, and walkable to everything in town, and the house is even nicer inside than the pictures show. We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again the next time we visit.

Great choice if you want Brandt Point!

The property was clean with lovely accommodations. It is outfitted well. I do wish the beach chairs were the kind with backpack straps so that they were easier to bike with to the beach but that's just a minor suggestion. I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place for any to stay!

Quaint House Close to Town

Location and more

Perfect spot, walking distance to jetties beach and town. House had lots of conveniences: beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer drier. Owner was very responsive. House had tons of space and could have easily accommodated more than the six of us. We loved the outdoor shower too. Thanks for a great vacation!

Make it a point to stay at Good Point!

The house is comfortable and all the basics are covered- we needed nothing. My kids could hang out without us worrying about them breaking things. You can’t beat the quick walk to downtown, two different beaches and playgrounds are within walking distance, and the off street parking/huge driveway is clutch. We enjoyed some quiet music from The Nantucket Hotel patio on the porch, which was an added bonus. It was a great house to rent.
