Villa Menorca is a charming 3-bedroom house with a privileged location in Armação de Pêra. Located 700 metres from the beach, this wonderful property is perfect for couples or families who wish to stay in a quiet area close to everything you need.



Villa Menorca, built in a typical Algarvian style, offers 3 double-bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning, providing total comfort to its guests. On the ground floor, there is also a service bathroom. The spacious living room offers comfortable sofas where you can relax and rest.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, and is the ideal place to cook for your family/friends.



The pool, surrounded by well-maintained gardens, offers you total privacy at home. The traditional Algarvian barbecue, located in the outdoor area, is perfect for preparing meals with family and friends in the late afternoons on the terrace overlooking the pool. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it is a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra are just an 8-minute walk away.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 100 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
