This floor also features a shared bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring added convenience for all guests.Upstairs, there is another en suite bedroom with two single beds, and direct access to a south-facing terrace, ideal for soaking up the morning sun or relaxing at dusk.The fully equipped kitchen combines functionality with charm, providing the perfect environment to prepare delicious meals. A dining table completes the space, ideal for family gatherings and shared moments.Outdoors, the villa offers a leisure-focused area with a private swimming pool, a practical outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a bar area, perfect for long alfresco lunches or dinners under the Algarve sky. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guestsFrom the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
