The Apartment:
An ideal studio for a high-standing executive, or any visitor looking for a superior level. The Apartment is configured and renovated with the latest modern technologies in terms of comfort: heating, air conditioning or hot water with thermostat, security: anti-flood system in the bathroom, and of course all the amenities implied in a modern and high-quality building. The building has a security entrance and a physical doorman.
The apartment has capacity for three people, and the space has been distributed with great taste and criteria for this purpose, since it differentiates through a beautiful shelving with drawers, the place of the double bed, and the rest area where the sofa bed is located, with the possibility of becoming another individual bed, resulting ideal for any family.
The space is above all very pleasant, as it has a large window well insulated from noise, through which light is distributed throughout the apartment, where the design has given priority to open spaces, also incorporating the kitchen as a pass to the main living area. To give quality to the environment, all the elements of the house's furniture have been perfectly combined, incorporating design and fashion in each of its elements.
The bathroom is fabulous, with the latest design furniture and the best qualities again, it is worth highlighting that no expense has been spared in equipment or space, and a large shower tray of good size has been placed, to be able to relax after a long day.

This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not allowed.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. The delivery of apartment keys will be done directly at our offices on Augusto Figueroa street 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
In case of arriving after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for the key handover.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
