Wonderful villa

We stayed here with our extended family and the villa was perfect for all our needs. Amazing villa and extremely clean. Close to town and amenities. Carlos was also very responsive to any queries.

Great Villa in a fantastic location

Great villa in a fantastic location in Olhos De Agua Close proximity to all Olhos has to offer and close enough to Albufeira and Villamoura. Great communications with Carlos who was very accomadating with all of our requests. Would definitely consider visiting this villa again in the future Thank you

Fabulous villa

We’ve just spent a wonderful week in Villa Cavi. We were party of 6 adults and 2 children aged 4 & 3. The villa itself was much larger than we expected and was very well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Outside which was where we spent all our time was fabulous. Equipped with sunbeds, dining table and chairs, large bbq, table tennis table and of course a fantastic pool. Lots of inflatables were available too. The villa is situated a few minutes walk from the supermarket, with the beach’s about 15/20 mins walk. Albufeira and Vilamoura Easy to reach by taxi/uber. Carlos the host was there to greet us and answered promptly whenever we contacted him. All in all a brilliant holiday. Can’t wait to return

Absolutely Perfect

Such a perfect stay in a beautiful villa. Our group was made up of 8 adults and 2 children and the villa had everything we needed. The pool was great for both the kids and us adults - we spent so many hours in it! We loved the table tennis table and the astroturf with a basketball hoop. We had lots of bbq’s by the pool and loved the amount of kitchen utensils and crockery pieces to use. The bbq was great and the dining table allowed everyone to eat together. The villa is a very short walk from the supermarket which has everything you need and just a little bit further you’ll reach the beach. We had someone on crutches who was unable to walk but found Ubers very cheap and super quick when booked. Carlos as a host was super. Always messaged back quick when I needed something and was very helpful throughout our stay.

Family holiday

We have just returned from a glorious 10 day holiday in this villa. The pictures and video do not capture the size of the place, it is huge and very tastefully decorated throughout. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 doubles, one with extra kids bed and a twin, all of which were extremely spacious and 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 large and 1 average size. The pool and pool area are gorgeous and are again a lot bigger than on the pics. The table tennis was put to full use and there is also basketball hoop. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and brick bbq which we used a couple of times. All groceries can be bought from the very well stocked supermarket which is about 6 mins walk away. It is about 5 mins walk to nearest bars and restaurants and a further 5/10 walk into Olhos D’Agua village. We also went into Albufeira old town a couple of times, which was about 7 euros in an Uber and Vilamoura which cost about 20, we never waited longer than 10mins for an Uber. The host Carlos responded to all my questions very quickly and we would definitely return to this villa it is a real find for a relaxing stay in the sun. One thing that was missing which would have been really helpful was an information booklet in the villa, with user guides for appliances etc, info on local supermarkets and restaurants and also a kitchen welcome pack with tea towel, dishwater tabs/washing up liquid, dishcloth. Look forward to visiting again sometime soon.
