Relax at the coast in the beautiful Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. Close to the outlet stores at south end of town and the new Pelican Brewery. Cozy house with hot tub and 3 king suites as well as washer and dryer. Walk to the beach and tide pools then come home to warm up in the hot tub. The house is in front of the park with sand volleyball, play structure, community fire pit and grassy area for games. Heated seasonal pool with ocean views in the neighborhood. Lot's of family games in house and casino in town for adults. Devil's lake for water activities, crabbing at Siletz bay or fishing on both!

Wonderful place

Wonderful location and facility enjoyed the front porch with morning sun. House had everything you could need we enjoyed a fantastic thanksgiving weekend. Didn’t want to leave, 10/10, will come back again!

Great location!

The house is across from the park in the neighborhood and a short walk to the pool and the beach. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The host also went out of the way to help return an important object to me that I had left behind.

Another great experience

Revisited for our second Labor Day in a row and it was just as cozy, equipped, a thoughtfully packed with games and amenities as before. This is a GREAT vacation rental!

Lovely Home

The house is well stocked, very clean, and amazing location! I’d stay here again, given the opportunity. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were wonderful! The hot tub was really clean and warm upon arrival. Even the porch furniture was comfortable!

Well worth it!

This was an amazing experience for some first-time family members visiting Lincoln city. Great location, close to outlets, walking distance to beach, and park/firepit across the street. Hot tub was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to others.

Olivia Beach house

Very nice property with a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for 3 couples, with all 3 bedrooms being master suites. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits.

what a beautiful place to stay in Lincoln City

this is a fantastic property. so many beautiful touches in the house and the house is in a wonderful neighbourhood. The only way this property could have been improved would be if it was directly on the beach!

Lovely place to stay!

The home is very comfortable and very well equipt. The children enjoyed the park accross the street. The rooms are spacious. The furniture comfortable. I would definately visit again.

Great friends weekend

The house was very nice. It was 3 bedrooms and all bedrooms had king size beds. In each room was one or two single hideaway beds that looked like ottomans so they were out of the way. The kitchen was well stocked. It felt like home

Bringing in the New Year!

We had a wonderful stay over New Years! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Very clean, wonderful hot tub and great location. Short walk to the beach and park across the street! Host was very responsive when needing assistance. Would definitely stay again!

Extended weekend getaway

Perfect location. House was super clean and as described. Looked better in person. Loved the fact that each room had king size beds and its own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice short walk to beach. Stairs may not be suitable for elderly person. Loved the park located in front of house. Felt safe surrounded by other families.

Love the 3 King on suites!

Nice neighborhood and very well stocked kitchen. Parking is an issue, it is awkward. Especially for a full sized truck. We would stay here again!

Great house, great neighborhood, great stay

The house exceeded our expectations with how spacious, well-organized, and perfectly located it is. Every room was thoughtfully laid out with its own bathroom and pull-out beds, so it never felt like anyone was getting a better set up than anyone else. Between the beach, the pool, the games, the tvs, the hottub, and the playground there was enough to keep everyone happily occupied at all times. Best VRBO vacation we've ever had.

Perfect

Perfect place for a family vacation. The house and neighborhood were adorable. Park across the street was so fun for volleyball and Spikeball. The beach behind the house was easily accessible and beautiful. Sunsets were awesome. The house was more than we could have ever asked for. So cute! Kitchen, beds and hot tub were the best. We would come back anytime!

Had a wonderful weekend!

This is a great property! We loved how well stocked it was and everything was lovely. Beds were great. Plenty of space. Loved the hot tub and community pool. Only downside was the long staircase to the beach. Be prepared to do 3-4 flights of stairs each way.5/5 overall stay!

Great place for family vacation

This is a wonderful place to stay - a few minutes from the beach, a little park across the street, a community pool up the hill, a nice hot tub, and very quiet location. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of kitchen supplies and spices. It is comfortable for 3 couples or families with children on the pull out beds. We have already recommended it to some friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Valeincia and Vicki

Exceptional house

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful home in Olivia Beach. We have stayed in this charming and quiet community many times before but have found a new favorite home. The owner Valeicia was fantastic to work with and very gracious. The weather during our week and a half stay was not the best as we visited in mid-January but we had a wonderful time anyway because this place was so comfortable and immaculately clean. This will be our first choice the next time we get a chance to head for the beach.

Wonderful location with endless Amenities!

This is a great house in a wonderful location! It has everything to feel like your home away from home. The bed were so comfortable. There is a private hot tub, beach access just up the street and a community pool and gym a few houses up. The house feels new. It also has a beautiful park with a volleyball net and play ground right across the street. Olivia beach does not have a lot of people and is very quiet. The owners were wonderful! Loved everything about this property! Great getaway!

Family Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time in our Olivia Beach rental which provided a fun space for our family to spend cooler nights and days from the overheated inland temps. Lots of kitchenware, tableware, adequate seating with an expandable dining table and plenty of optional bedding choices for our four grandchildren. Having a full bath off each bedroom was an exceptional advantage. Fun park available out the front door with sand volleyball and a great play structure. Any questions were rapidly addressed. Lots of beach equipment was available.

confortable home, too complicated

Beautiful home, very well equipped, great locatiion- complication: difficulty getting in; Tv electrics not opational; internet codes incorrect; excessive cleaning requirements. Too many inconveniences for short 2day stay.
