Compact yet highly comfortable for two, it features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Please note that it is a small room, brightened only by lights. Natural light isn't accessible in this unit.

Please note that this cozy room is best suited for those seeking a compact living space. Please note that due to its size, it may not provide ample space for extensive furniture or large gatherings.
Additionally, the room features a small window, which, on certain days, may lead to a slight musty smell due to limited ventilation. We want to ensure complete transparency so that you have a clear expectation of your stay.

The suite also includes an ensuite with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and hangers to organise your belongings. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The suite is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The location of this property is excellent for exploring the city. It is home to various attractions, including the Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum, Chapel of Souls, and Bolsa Palace. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars, such as Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, Postigo do Carvão Restaurante, Taylor's Port, Jimão Tapas e Vinhos, and Restaurante Mineirão - Cais de Gaia. Additionally, there is a spa at the Yeatman Hotel and a café at Café Guarany.

The Heroísmo station and the 24 de Agosto stations are only an 11-minute walk away. The São Bento Station, Campanha, and General Torres are all within 2 kilometres of the location.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
