The sofa in the living room can become a comfortable double sofa bed. It is located in the San Polo district, 3 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and its market, and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. A few steps away are the Rialto and San Silvestro vaporetto stops that connect Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma.

Check-ins will be possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins will be possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment of 5€ per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will be included as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
