Vacker rymlig lägenhet i en gammal palats helt återställd, med utsikt över kanalen i Cannaregio. 40sqm med balkong, matsal, stort kök med en andra matsal, två sovrum (ett med egen balkong till kanalen) 2 badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. 3 TV en i salone och två i båda sovrummen, air con, 12 fönster, mycket ljusa.
Känn den riktiga atmosfären i Venedig, första våningen, mycket lätt åtkomst, 5 min från centralstationen utan trappor, 10 min från Rialto

Lägenheten är mycket rymlig (100sqm) och har typiska venezianska golv, klassisk ingång och totalt 12 fönster. Great Place in Venice

The hostess met us on the property. She gave great directions to get there. Showed us all about the property. Provided lots of great suggestions for restaurants, markets, sites, etc. Would go back without hesitation.

Fantastic stay

Property was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with all amenities, located in residential area of Venice where locals dine and wine, away from hordes of tourists. We absolutely loved coming back to it after a long day of exploring Venice. Alessia (host) was extraordinarily helpful and sweet. Hope we get to come back!

Perfect Stay in Venice

Alessia is a great host. She gave us some great recommendations for food and places to go. Communication was excellent. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Close to everything. Right on a canal with a terrace to walk out on. It was the perfect place. We would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a place to stay in Venice. TY Alessia!

Lovely option for a beautiful city!

Beautiful views, great location (especially to train station), and lovely accommodations. Communication went smoothly to gain access and departing the property. It was quiet overnight to get a good nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Authentic Venice Apartment

Fantastic apartment!

The apartment is beautiful with excellent views of the canal. It's centrally located to the boat taxi to/from the airport as well as a quick walk to the train station. The host was super helpful. Highly recommend !!

We loved the authentic feel of staying at a Venice apartment. The location was great, the apartment was excellent, the owners were very accommodating to our needs. All and all and excellent stay…just to short! Oh yeah…the restaurant below the apartment and the sports bar nearby were both excellent!

Great amentinities!

Check in was a breeze and host let us drop off bags early, as well as texted us suggestions of places to eat/ see/ do. They even stocked the fridge with basic necessities and the bathrooms and more than just basic items. Would stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

My husband, myself, and our 17 year old son stayed here for 2 nights while in Venice. Our host Ale was fantastic! Very friendly and informative. She gave us many local suggestions during our stay. The place is immaculate, with a great location close to the train station, and a wonderful view of the canal right outside your door. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place with a great host.

Eclectic elegance in Canneregio

Eclectic mix of modern and traditional Venetian furniture, amenities and accessories! The apartment is in an excellent area with a beautiful view. Close to wonderful restaurants, markets, bakeries, and away from the touristy areas. Felt like a local for a few special days. Highly recommend! Host was really helpful and made us feel like home.

Perfect in every way!!

The apartment was just as pictured! Very comfortable beds. We were met by Alessia who was wonderful in helping us know the area and recommended places to eat and see as well as the water taxis. The location was excellent for dining shopping and the water taxis!! We had the most wonderful amazing time in Venice!!

Spacious Aparment Away from the Crowds

We were very happy with the size of the apartment. Plenty of room for two couples. Good sized kitchen, LR and bedrooms. Great conveniences with he washer.
