I en vacker liten "casa" med utsikt över vattnet - en nyrenoverad och snyggt klädd 2 sovrum / 2 badrums lägenhet för fyra bekvämt beläget nära Frari-kyrkan i San Polo-distriktet.

En strålande solstråle på första våningen med utsikt över "Rio di San Polo" -kanalen och en bro på vilken randiga trollkarlar passerar tidpunkten för dagen och klarar av sin gamla handel. Den varma och välkomnande Ca 'Dei Nomboli erbjuder komfort och elegans genom hela sitt rymliga interiör.

Stilfullt presenterad med stänk av färg, boende består av en stor och halvöppen plan sittning / matsal inredda och möblerade i en tropisk fruktcocktail av zingy 'mandarino', zesty 'pompelmo rosa', saftig limefrukt och munvattande mango och med två höga fönster med dekorativa balustrådar med utsikt över kanalen.

Det moderna köket med liten frukostbag bakom är välutrustad och utformad för att utnyttja ledigt utrymme optimalt och i överensstämmelse med resten av lägenheten (exklusive badrum) har vacker parkettgolv som höjer den övergripande känslan av kvalitet och lägger till ett streck av charm, medan luftkonditionering i hela plus Wi-Fi internetuppkoppling och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin på bottenvåningen lägger till bekvämlighet och enkel vistelse.

I motsats till de viktigaste levande områdets energierande toner finns två snygga dubbelrum utrustade för att kyla ut i mjuka blå och vita strandstränder som påminner om lata dagar som spenderas på stranden - en på baksidan av lägenheten med sitt eget vackra badrum med dusch och den andra med utsikt över kanalen fram och även med eget lika elegant badrum med badkar och dusch över - och båda med dubbelsängar som kan göras till tvillingar på begäran.

Mycket bra beläget mellan Rialto-området i norr (med sina kända matmarknader och labyrint av gränder) och Dorsoduro-distriktet i söder (med dess stora "fondamente", antikaffärer och gallerier) och bara två minuters promenad till den 14: e århundradet Kyrka av Frari, Campo San Polo och den käbbande Tintoretto-fyllda Scuola Grande Di San Rocco.

Momenter till ett välutrustad "Billa" -affär och ett stort utbud av restauranger för både att äta och äta ute och ett stenkast till ångstoppet och "Traghetto" -gondolfärjan vid San Toma på Canal Grande - perfekt för resor (under driftstider) över till "must-see" attraktioner i San Marco-distriktet och bortom.

Fantastic space that is well situated in a lot of great shops, street food, restaurants and grocery stores. Absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was clean and modern and was ideal for 2 couples to stay and have their own en suite bedroom and bathroom. The common area was perfect for bringing home some food and relaxing in the living room with a view of the canal and watching the gondolas go by. So convenient to have access to a washer and dryer as well. Would definitely book again when we return to Venice.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. It has air conditioning and a washer and dryer. It was just 2 of us so each had our own room and bathroom. It’s perfect for a family or group of friends. There was a kitchen, but we did not use it. Very walkable to most everything In Venice. You do have to walk up one lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but it’s not a big deal. .Lucas who checked us in carry our bags up for us. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is in the center of the island and vaporetto stop is near. The place was very clean and quiet. The bathrooms had plenty of space which was a nice change. The shutters on the windows were great to close out the morning sun. There is a washer and dryer in a utility room that we took advantage of. We traveled with our 3 college aged daughters and every one had their own space. We would stay again.

Beautiful apartment perfectly located. Right on the canal and had all the ameniites as described. Excellent air conditioning. The communication with the property manager was fantastic, it felt like concierge service. Thank you for a wonderful stay for my family and I. I have already recommended this apartment to friends.

Clean, comfortable, updated apartment in the heart of Venice

My husband, 2 teens, 80 yo father and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It’s one flight up by stairs and has a view of a canal from one bedroom and the living room. It’s steps away from several shopping boutiques and eateries. It’s centrally located- about a 7-10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and a water bus pickup (S Toma). Upon checking we were given a map with ideas for exploring and restaurant recommendations. It has all the amenities you could want, even a shared laundry on the first floor. We would definitely stay again.

This was a terrible stay. No Air conditioning and the management was completely unresponsive . Do not stay here. They wouldn’t offer any type of service or accommodation for no Air conditioning.

Great stay in Venice

Communication before/during stay was excellent. We were met at the local water taxi stop and shown to the apartment and shown around the apartment received some recommendations for local restaurants etc. Apartment is in good location - we walked everywhere. Apartment is large and both bedrooms bathrooms were good sized. Kitchen is slightly small but has everything you need and we were only making breakfast anyway. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. Downstairs is the laundry room - washer and dryer and is locked so just for the apartment's use. Would recommend.

Right on one of the small canals!

The apartment is right on one of the small canals. Right is the heart of Venice. It is picturesque from the windows in the front bedroom and living room. There is a small bridge also great for photos. The apartment is clean and bathrooms are large. Well decorated with everything you would need. Kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay! Gondolas leave right next to the building.

Practically perfect in every way

This apartment is spacious and has very comfortable beds, deep sofas perfect for lounging, excellent storage in bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and well maintained, it felt like a luxury hotel. Nice bedding, fluffy towels. Kitchen is very small but has what you need to make simple meals, and plenty of dish ware and the large dining table gives you a comfortable place to eat. VoV service is impeccable. We can’t recommend this company and apartment highly enough. The only thing needed in this apartment was a towel to dry dishes with and a place to hang coats.

Lovely, bright apartment in a great location.

This property is delightful. The location is central to everything, walkable to every part of the city. There are two separate bedroom/bathroom suites, which was perfect for two couples, and a spacious living area. It is sparkling clean and outfitted with everything one could possibly need. The hosts had someone meet us at every point and gave us all the information we needed.Thanks for a great week in Venice!

Home away from home.

Convenient location

This flat is very well placed for public transportation, sights of interest and restaurants. There is also a supermarket nearby. The sitting room is comfortable, the kitchen is small but very well equipped. Not sure you can improve this but perhaps have some crockery stored in the kitchen?

Great spot to stay!

We enjoyed this nicely updated & well appointed apartment on a beautiful canal with a bridge view! Two couples so the two bedrooms & two bathrooms worked out well. We had fun snacking on local cheese, meat, olives & wine from the local coop in the comfy living room area, with the windows open to the canal below. The apartment was one flight up, so not a bad walk, and had a washer/dryer in the basement which was convenient. Would highly recommend hiring a private water taxi to take you directly from the Venice airport boat dock to the closest drop off near the apartment as it made the transition from airport to apartment very smooth and a very short walk with our suitcases!

Views on Venice was founded in the late 1990’s when the concept of short term apartment rentals was in its infancy and rarely considered an option by most visitors to the city. As a ‘thirty-something’ Venetian excited by the new business and communication opportunities offered by the internet, I decided to link up with a close childhood friend in creating a partnership which, at the time, was a novelty in Venice.
The idea we had in mind was to approach the traditional management of my family’s apartments from an entirely different angle, while at the same time resisting the attentions of those wanting to transform my family's palazzo into a prestigious hotel.
Our aim was to offer these apartments, as well as those of friends, for rental to an international clientele who’d take pleasure in the comfort, freedom and authenticity of ‘living at home as a Venetian’ rather than merely observing the city from the confines of an anonymous hotel room or suite.
The common denominator then, as now, was to offer ‘something extra’ amidst an already extraordinary city - an added dimension which turns a ‘stay’ into an ‘experience’ and a 'dream' into 'reality'.
