LICENS G66 00347 Cirka 4 mil till centrala Vegas, Fremont Experience och mindre Àn 6 till STRIP !!! Du kan faktiskt se stratosfÀren frÄn min trÀdgÄrd! Modernt bekvÀmt hem med gott om plats för 8 vuxna! BakgÄrd oas med pool, grill, massor av gÄrdsspel och bekvÀma solstolar för att fÄnga lite sol. Otroligt spelrum med biljardbord / ping pongbord, dart, svart jack-bord i full storlek, karaokemaskin och massor av spel för hela familjen (ja det inkluderar vissa vuxna drickspel).

GĂ€stinteraktion:
Medan jag bor nÀra och kan komma förbi om du behöver nÄgot sÄ har jag satt upp huset sÄ att du ska ha allt du behöver och kan komma och gÄ som du vill. Jag Àr alltid ett text- eller telefonsamtal bort men om du behöver nÄgot.

The property was great for our family week stay in Las Vegas. Host was excellent to work with and house was just what we needed. Neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for being so easily accessible from the freeway. We got everywhere we needed within 15 minutes. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
Kids loved the game room and adults loved the nostalgia.
Pool was clean and inviting. Best for summer for cooling down.

Bachelor Party Homebase

Went with a group of 6 guys and it was the perfect spot to hang at while we visited Vegas! Host was super communicative and friendly! Tons of space and fun at the place when we needed a break from the strip!

Perfect Party House

This house was perfect for my bachelorette party with 8 people! The decor, games, pool and sleeping arrangements were all great. The host was also super responsive and flexible with our travel schedule. Definitely recommend staying here for more personal space while still having easy access to the strip!!

Vegas Friends Weekend

I stayed at the house with a group of friends and the property was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of places to sleep and the outdoor space was nice to hang out during the day. The property was also a short uber from Fremont St and convenient for our golf in Summerlin. We had a great experience!

Very happy with it!

We overall had a very pleasant time at Rachel’s property! The only disappointment was no pool table, but there was still plenty of things to do at the house. The drive to the strip is also quick and easy. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

Friends from Missouri, Texas, and Idaho all met up together for my Bachelorette party! It was a complete blast. The hosts were amazing. The house was perfect. And it was the perfect amount of space for our large group! Seriously, 10/10. Thank you for having us!

Nice Stay

We had a group of roughly 10 people and this place worked well for us. It’s close enough to the strip but not on it which is nice. Everything was clean and the arcade room was fun to use during some down time. The only minor issue we had was that one of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom and doesn’t have a door between the bedroom and bathroom so it’s kind of awkward and it ended up being that 8 of us were sharing one bathroom and 1 couple got their own bathroom.

Large family vacay

We had a group of 10 adults and this property fit all of us very well with plenty of sleeping space and seating areas. The game room and pool provided entertainment while we were at the house. The location was close to the strip and easy to Uber to and from activities. There were a lot of homeless camps in the park down the street but we did not have any issues. Our main problem was that the refrigerator broke the day we were to arrive. The property owner let us know right away and told us that a new fridge would be delivered that evening. Unfortunately that fridge was broken as well and it took another day to get a third fridge delivered and then overnight to get cold. We arrived to the property Sunday afternoon and checked out Thursday morning and had to use a cooler the entire time, which is difficult when you have 10 people. It was an unfortunate situation that I feel the property owner tried to remedy, however, it really added extra stress to the vacation 😕
