Detta hus är fullt utrustat och levereras med dina dagliga behov inklusive trådlöst höghastighetsinternet och en utomhus innesluten varmvattendusch.(inomhus en också)!Detta hus inkluderar till och med sin egen privata strand, som ligger bara 3-5 minuters promenad bort! Den har två sovrum med dubbelsäng i ett rum och 2 enkelsängar i det andra. Vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa.

Med en partiell utsikt över vatten och bara några steg till en fullständig vattenvy är du säker på att koppla av till en spektakulär soluppgång eller solnedgång över havet. Uthyrning sker från lördag till lördag. Charterbåtfiske är tillgängligt, du kan besöka www. atozcharters. com för mer info.

Great Stay

Stayed in early October with family of 4. Very short walk to the beach. We had it to ourselves. The house was very clean and owner was very responsive. Really a great trip and would definitely stay again.

Great Rhode Island getaway

We had a great time at Steve’s place. His communication was excellent. The neighborhood beach is an easy walk and has a beautiful sandy bottom. Don’t miss crab cakes at Aunt Carries.

Great Stay!

House is exactly as advertised - clean and comfortable! The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and cannot beat the location. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk (even w young kids) and it’s beautiful! The owner is super responsive - but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay again!

Long weekend family getaway

This property is exceptional!! It is well stocked for any of your needs, extraordinarily clean, and exactly as described in quiet private community by the beach. Our family of 4, including two teenagers was very comfortable. The owner had fantastic communication! Highly recommend!!

Wish we could stay longer

The property is just as described, very clean and well maintained. Plenty of hot water and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The second bedroom top bunk does have low clearance with the ceiling slope, our 11 yr old was fine but our older son or an adult may have difficulty getting into it. Overall we were very happy with our stay. My husband and kids all stated that we would like to return again if the opportunity to travel to the area again occurs.

Great Beach Getaway!!

This house is located in a little beach community that we loved. 3 minute walk to a private beach waving to neighbors along the way. From the minute I booked Steve was awesome. Communication was great and he made this enjoyable. The house has a great deck and is updated inside. Restaurants and Ice cream within walking distance and 30 min to Newport. Plenty of room for my wife, myself and our 1 year old. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice get-away

Beautifully maintained. Perfect for a couple or a small family. One room has bunk beds. Beautiful outdoor shower, nice East facing deck, WiFi, tons of counter space and accouterments for cooking, raised bartop with 4 stools off the back of the kitchen penisula, blender. Who wants a Pina cola?

Just What's Needed

This cottage was perfect for a week by the sea. Everything was as advertised, clean as a whistle, comfortable and secure, a kitchen full of everything you need, and minutes to the beach. It was our first time staying in a beach community such as Breakwater and we really liked the small community vibe. The outdoor hot shower was a winner as well. We hope to come again. Beautiful Cozy Beach House

Quaint cottage by the sea

I stayed in Stephen’s cottage with my husband and two sons (3 years and 1 year). It was absolutely perfect for our group. It’s tough to stay in a hotel with such little ones and this house gave us all the comforts of home in our vacation. It was clean and the main living space was spacious for the its small size. The house is just about a five minute walk to a lovely private beach that was great for our little guys. This location was perfect for us. Stephen was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great House/Location!!

We just came back from a weekend trip to Point Judith and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay ! Stephen made the booking process very easy and answered any questions I had. Check in was also seamless. The house was clean and updated and was the perfect size for four adults! It had everything we needed. The community it is located in was SO adorable and only a 2-3 minute walk to private beach. Everyone you passed was so friendly. We really enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower! We would HIGHLY recommend staying here and already are thinking of when we can come back!
