Great stay in a great location!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The check in process was easy and the hosts were quick to respond with questions. The location was perfect to several different beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable home!

We loved staying here. Close to everything. The only thing is we wish the house had a smart TV so we could have signed into our streaming channels. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This was a great property and the host was very helpful and organized. My daughter and a couple of her friends stayed here for a graduation weekend get away. They were very happy with the location and property as a whole. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Weekend

Me and two of my oldest friends stayed here for a weekend as we were in town for another great friend’s son’s wedding. The cottage was very easy to find, close to the beaches and great restaurants and convenient staples. The cottage was very cool, well maintained and perfect for what we needed. I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back again.

Return to Rhode Island

My sisters and I spent summers in RI growing up. This was our first visit back in 50 years, and we had a wonderful time, especially with the beautiful cottage that Tom and his wife rent. We all especially loved the outdoor shower. Neighborhood is great! Thanks so much for making our trip so memorable.

Girls Trip

The property was a cozy, clean, comfortable home with a nice yard, mature gardens and a furnished outdoor space. The location is perfect as it is close to beaches, parks, trails, restaurants, golfing, biking and the ferry to mention some of the areas offerings. We recommend it and would return in the future 😊

Spacious comfortable cottage

This cottage is comfortable and well-stocked, in a perfect location, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The gazebo made the entire trip. I hope I can rent it again next summer.

Tom's cottage is fantastic, well located in Narragansett, it's spacious, you have all the kitchen necessities, the outdoor shower, the beds are very cumfortable, the A/C is very good too. Great time at a great cottage

Stayed w the grandkids. The cottage is clean and well stocked. Appreciate the new beds in the 2 end rooms! The outside shower is great as is the gazebo. Great location near many beaches and attractions.

Great location and space!

Needed to be at an event for the weekend at University of Rhode Island (URI). The cottage is just a short drive to everything; URI, restaurants, the beach, shopping…. Yet tucked away in a quiet and adorable neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. I would 100% recommend this rental and hope to stay again! It was perfect and priced right.

3rd time is a charm!

This is our 3rd time staying at the cottage in Narragansett. It was wonderful to be back and we noticed and appreciated that the beds had been upgraded. We love the proximity to Scarborough and enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood and by the beach. We hope to return in 2025!

Great week in RI!

Great beach week! This is a great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. The location is great for everything in the Narragansett area and the house was comfortable and had what we needed. The outdoor was fantastic!! The only thing to note is the really sqeaky box spring in the master bedroom...the entire house could hear us roll over! Not a big deal of course, just might want to put the kids in there instead of heavier adults!

Shore beats work!!

Thank you so much for a spectacular stay in Naragansett!! House was very clean upon arrival, enjoyed the kitchen appointments which included a knife block , plenty of pots and pans for every cooking need , as well as the incidentals to get you through your stay. The beautifully landscaped house outside as well as fresh cut flowers inside made our stay a little more special. Outdoor shower, grill and patio was all perfect. Everything was in top notch state. Thanks to the owners for making this a memorable visit to the Naragansett area! We will be back !

Would be a 5 star except the Beds are painful.

Everything was great except for sleeping. 2 of the beds were a 5 out of 10. The back left bedroom mattress was a 2 out of 10. Kinda important in a rental. It's too bad Everything else was great. Easy fix let us know if you get new mattresses we would stay agian in a hot sec.

great stay in a great house

We spent a week in this lovely cottage and could not have been happier with our choice. It was so clean, fresh and nicely set up. The owners clearly take great care to make guests feel at home, providing everything you might need as well as lovely touches like fresh flowers picked from the yard in vases when we arrived. Even plenty of hangers in the closets, which is rarely the case in a vacation rental! The only meals we prepared were breakfast and lunch but the kitchen was well stocked to cook all meals. We especially enjoyed the deck covered by the huge canopy. We had morning coffee and breakfast out there every day, and relaxed there in the late afternoon after being out and about. The location was great. We've vacationed in RI many times but never in this specific neighborhood. It was convenient to everything, yet the street and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful. My husband and I drove to Scarborough beach so we wouldn't have to carry all of our things. But our son would walk later on to meet us there, and the walk is not bad at all. The owners were very accessible when we had questions leading up to our stay. Once we got there, we didn't need them again because everything was all set and any info we needed had already been provided. Highly recommend this property and would be happy to visit again!

Gemütliches Haus mit tollen Vermietern

Das Haus ist für unsere Familie mit 3 Kindern super geeignet. Es hat alles was man benötigt um einen schönen Urlaub in Narragansett zu verbringen. Am besten ist jedoch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern Tom und Jane, die einem mit allem helfen und immer gute Tipps haben.
