✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you at the house.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the house for the stay time are included in the price.
✔ The heating of the pool has an extra charge 70.00 euro per day, minimum use 5 days.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered once a week. (minimum stay 7 days)
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present your passport and fill in the guest form.
