This modern and spacious 5 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort of Kapparis, a very short walk to Malama Beach and a 2 minute drive to a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Kapparis has to offer.
As you enter the villa, you will find the large, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable seating area with Satellite TV, the dining area has a table with seating for 10 people, and the very modern and spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with all modern appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.
One of the five bedrooms can be found on this floor with two single beds, as well as one of the bathrooms with a shower and WC
On the first floor, you will find the remaining four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and WC, bedrooms 2 + 3 have two single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed. There is a shared balcony with two of the bedrooms that offers partial sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets

As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties, as well as rent them, we saw a huge gap in the rental market, as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is the most successful short-term rental provider in the Famagusta area as well as manager of over 150+ villas.
