Lägenhet totalrenoverades med 55 m2 golvyta, med mycket sol och dagsljus i varje rum, inklusive badrummet. Den har två fronter. rektor har utsikt över floden Tejo, bron över floden Tejo, Monument till upptäckter och den gamla staden Betlehem.

Det stora vardagsrummet, mycket ljus, har en sittgrupp och matplats, samt två fönster och en portal till taket, varifrån man kan se bron över floden Tejo, Kristus Konungen, Tejo och river upptäckter och botten Tower of Belém. Den har en bäddsoffa där de sover två vuxna mycket bekvämt (säng storlek: 140x200cm). Det har också obegränsad internet wi-fi och kabel-LCD-TV med 100 kanaler.

Köket, även med naturligt ljus och vidsträckta vyer, gott om matplats för fyra personer. Det är fullt utrustad med spis, spis, mikrovågsugn, kyl och frys, tvättmaskin, varmvattenberedare, vattenkokare, brödrost, kaffebryggare och alla köksredskap.
Oberoende rum med gott om dagsljus, har en dubbelsäng Queen size mycket bekväma (160x20cm) och lagringsutrymme. Badrummet, fullt utrustat, har två stora fönster med dagsljus. I öster kan du se bron över floden Tejo och floden. I väster kan du se Hjälp National Palace och hela lutning Stadsdelar i Betlehem och Hjälp.

Lägenheten ligger i en byggnad från början av nittonhundratalet med neoklassiska arkitektoniska element i gott skick. Lägenheten totalrenoverades och ligger på 3: e våningen, där du kan njuta av en utsikt över det historiska området Belém, dess monument och även på Tejo mynning.

Lägenheten ligger två minuter från den större uppsättning punkter av historiskt och kulturellt intresse i staden Lissabon, med många museer (Coches, ordförandeskapet Berardo, marinarkeologi, etnologi, Elektricitet, tropiska och Popular konst), den Belém Cultural Centre, den tropiska trädgården, Palace of Belém, Jeronimos kloster, Belem Tower, Monument till upptäckter, Champalimaud Foundation, den berömda Pastel de Belém) och transport (elektrisk -Tramway, buss och tåg länkning centrum (Cais do Sodré), Costa do Estoril och Cascais). Old town in Lisbone.

Old town area was great for restaurants, cafes and walking to take in the sites. Bus and trolley was very close by. Room quiet, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed Lisbon this way very much.

Just Perfect!

Great spot near Lisbon

Ana was prompt, thorough and helpful. The apartment is bright and well appointed as described. The location for us was terrific near Lisbon but also out to the west as well. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen nice, Wi-Fi work. Only small negative was parking in front of the building is limited due to some current short term construction. After a bit of figuring it out, parking still relatively close Would recommend staying here if Belem is a good spot for your adventures

Beautiful apartment and good location

We have stayed 4 nights in this appartement and we loved it. It's exactly like the pictures, cosy and well furnished. The apartment is located in the famous district of Belem, near to casa Pasteis, torre de Belem and Mosteiro dos Jeronimos. To go to the center of Lisbon, we can take tram 15 or bus, very close to the apartment (2 minutes by walk). Ana, thanks to book our taxi for the aiport and your disponibility and kindness. If I come back to Lisbon, I will stay in your apartment. I'll recommend this place !

4 Wonderful Days in Lisbon

We enjoyed 4 wonderful days in Lisbon and part of the charm of this great city was Ana's apartment in Belam. The apartment is pretty, sun lit and well decorated. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a stress free stay. All the sites of Belam are within walking distance as are a number of restaurants. An added bonus is that the famous Pasteis de Belam is also close by. We could get warm Pastel de Nata every night and avoid the crowds that were there every morning and afternoon. Getting into the heart of Lisbon was very easy. There are buses and trams that take you there directly. It is at most a fifteen minute transit ride. You can easily enjoy all that Alfama, Baixa and Bairro Alto have to offer, then come back to quiet comfort of this Belam apartment. Ana was wonderful. She gave us invaluable information about restaurants, grocery shopping and transit. Whenever we had a question, she always answered promptly. The apartment is three floors up which gives it views of the Palace and 25 de Abril Bridge and the rooftops of Belam. Well worth the climb up!

Lovely and quiet apartment in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Everything we needed was provided and supplied, and even though it was the hottest week in August and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the cross breeze with windows open was enough to keep us cool without a fan or air conditioner (although both were provided if we had needed them). We loved the neighborhood and easy access to the train and restaurants. I only wish we could have spent more nights here. Highly recommended! Thank you, Ana!

Aah Belem

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay, as you can see from my ratings. Not only is Belem a nice alternative to the great bustle of Lisbon (where we also stayed for 8 ddays) but it has so many places of note and wonderful museums. My only issue was the amount of leftovers from previous guests. It would be much tidier if only the current necessities like shower soaps and kitchen necessities of coffee and tea and dish and laundry soaps were the only things offered. That is only my opinion. Our stay was entirely delightful.

Très bon logement

L'appartement avec de belles vues est très bien situé, près des transports en commun et des commerces - dont 1 boulangerie au rez de chaussée . Bien équipé , très bonne literie. Ana est de bon conseil et l'accueil a été charmant. Petit bémol: la communication sur la taxe de séjour qu'il faut régler à la fin (Homeaway ne la fait pas payer) et dont le montant exact nous a été donné alors que nous étions déjà partis, dommage !

Genial Ana y Joao, estancia perfecta

Todo estuvo muy bien, a pesar de no haber ido nunca en coche a lisboa, llegar a Belem es fácil y sobre todo muy cómo para aparcar, lo conseguimos en 5 minutos en una calle al lado de la casa, sin zona azul ni pagos, estuvo ahí el coche los tres días enteros. Cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en Belem, sin subir cuestas, y al lado de los autobuses, todo muy conveniente. La casa esta equipada, algo fría la zona de la habitación de dormir pero se resuelve con una manta. La decoración no es exactamente la de las fotos, pero en cualquier caso, estando de visita pasamos muy poco a tiempo allí y lo que había era suficiente. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor y con escaleras estrechas, a tener en cuenta para personas mayores y maletas grandes. Encantados de haber podido alojarnos en vuestra casa en nuestra estancia, volvería sin duda!

Pleasant place to stay

Loved the apartment and location. Two problems were the lack of heat in living room and bathroom and the long climb up the narrow winding staircase. We enjoyed our stay very much. Ana was very pleasant and helpful.

Great compact apartment in Belem

We stayed (family of 4) in the apartment for 3 nights whilst exploring Lisbon. The apartment is on the third floor in an old narrow building with lots of character. Its a great base; Belem is about 6km out of the centre of Lisbon, however there are plenty of travel options close by to get you into the city - just make sure you've bought travel cards from the kiosk beforehand. Belem is also a cool area in its own right - plenty of eating options, lovely park and riverside promenade...would recommend a visit to the old power station that has been transformed into art gallery and science museum.

Impeccably clean, well stocked and very conveniently located.

The apartment was perfect for my 2 teenagers and I. Very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and it was a comfortable size. The location was very convenient and the patisserie on the main floor makes the most FABULOUS croissants! We would happily stay again. Thank you Ana!

Nice apartment, lovely hostess, not so keen on the stairs

Ana is charming and helpful. The flat is well-located, close to the sights of Belem and to the train station for Lisbon and Cascais. It was, perhaps, smaller than we expected and a bit less roomy than the pictures suggest, but it was nonetheless clean and user-friendly. Having a washing machine was helpful, but, lacking a balcony or a spin-dryer, drying clothes was more tricky. At the top of three flights of steep and winding stairs, it is not suitable for elderly or infirm visitors, and might take some negotiating after a few beers. Interesting views all round.

Perfect stay in Belem/Lisbon

Tastefully done, comfortable space. Clean and light filled in a great location. Walk to Belem's attractions, shopping & restaurants or easily catch public transportation to the center of Lisbon. Stairs are narrow so schlepping heavy luggage to 3rd floor might be an issue for some. Newly opened French bakery on the ground level was a major bonus.....

l'appartement était propre et conforme à l'annonce, le quartier Belem très agréable

Nous avons eu un problème, le propriétaire nous avait prévenu que le lundi de notre arrivée des ouvriers viendraient changer les 2 fenêtres + 1 fenêtre balcon de la pièce a vivre, 2 heures pas plus sous sa surveillance, nous sommes arrivés à 12h30 pour déjeuner, les ouvriers étaient toujours présent mais pas lui ...et la partie chambre et salle de bain qui devait rester confidentiel, c'est à dire portes fermées étaient ouvertes pour rénovation du lavabo, nous avons été dans l'obligation d'aller déjeuner au restaurant et attendre dans le parc la fin des travaux et profiter toute la nuit de odeur du mastic .....

Sehr schönes Appartment im wunderschönen Stadtteil Belém

Relativ zentrale Lage zur Stadtmitte, in 20-30 Minuten per Zug, Metro, Tram oder Bus. Das Appartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, direkt um die Ecke sind ein paar kleine Cafés und ein Supermarkt für eventuelle Einkäufe. Der Kontakt mit Ana war super, sie war bei der Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns alles erklärt, war bei Fragen immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Die Stadt Lissabon war traumhaft, bin begeistert und würde sofort wieder hinfliegen.

Just the right place for Lisbon

The apartment was perfect for our three day stay in Lisbon. There is a lot to do in Belém for art, architecture, food without even going into Lisbon, which was a bit of a tourist zoo with 19(!) cruise ships visiting during the week. From the apartment there are easy train, bus and tram connections into the city. There is also a Hop-On Hop-Off Yellow bus stop within 150 m of the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, airy and very clean. There is a great view out of every window in the apartment and there are a lot of windows. The kitchen is highly workable and the washing machine is a godsend for those on extended trips. Previous residents have left lots of cooking supplies in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. We were able to find free parking on the street directly in front of the apartment but I think that was a minor miracle. Parking spots get snapped up quickly. We just left the car and used public transport from there. One caution, the apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared to climb. My wife and I, 65 and 67, respectively, had no problem but it is not accessible if there is a disability. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier.

Super séjour

Appartement conforme aux photos: lumineux, en très bon état, propre et bien équipé. Il est situé dans un beau quartier très agréable pour une petite promenade, éloigné du centre ville mais à proximité des transports en communs. Ana a été très gentille et disponible pour répondre à nos questions et pour les horaires d'arrivée ou de départ.

Prima woning, uitstekende begeleiding en mooie locatie

Zeer positief! Midden in Belém; winkel op loopafstand dichtbij de trein en metro. Ana heeft goed advies gegeven en geholpen bij taxi bestellen ( erg goedkoop overigens: minder dan 15,- voor twee personen naar het vliegveld).

Apartamento acogedor con todo lo necesario para pasar una grata estancia en Lisboa.

Apartamento equipado para una grata estancia. La zona en la que está ubicada, perfecta,cerca de pastelería de Belem, Torre de los Descubridores, Torre de Belem monasterio de los Jerónimos a pocos minutos andando, buenas conexiones de tranvia metro y autobuses...
