Badrummet har en komplett stÄ upp dusch och 2 duschhuvuden. Mysigt sovrum med bekvÀma queen size-sÀng och platt-TV. Vardagsrummet har en bÀddsoffa och stor platt-TV. Kabel och WiFi ingÄr.

Great Location

Very much enjoyed our stay here -- the condo was very clean and everything was in good order. Love the location and ease of access to everything in Hilton Head.

It was perfect! We’d stay here again. Apt. Was clean, modern, and temperature was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It’s right on the beach and super easy walk to Coligny and restaurants. Owner was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with, with clear instructions on how to navigate property.

Great location, close to everything

Even though it’s a small 1 bedroom condo, it’s close to everything you want or need. Beach, restaurants, stores (including grocery), pool, watering holes, music, etc. great balcony with nice chairs to enjoy beach, sunrise and sunset.

Very Nice Villa. Small but in good condition. Good Beach View. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. 5 nights. Villa is as described. Recent renovations, new paint, etc. were nice. My wife is Very Demanding and Fussy and she gave this unit the thumbs up. Good view of the beach. Well appointed. Good Pool. Easy walking distance to Coligny Circle shops and restaurants and the beach there but far enough away to avoid the masses who invade the Coligny beach. Go to that beach if you want to be in a suffocating mob of people. Not our thing. We liked the beach in front of the villas. Busy but not over crowded. The villa is good for two people. We personally wouldn't go beyond that. Not much in the way of storage for clothes. No bureau, but we made do with using the bunk beds for our clothes. That said, we enjoyed the villa. Everything worked, Good Wi-Fi, (although we didn't use the TV's so I can't comment on that), it was comfortable, clean, and the deck had a good view of the beach and ocean. Beach chairs and boogie boards included. Would recommend.

A true gem. The property is neat and clean. The location is great. A short walk to the beach and resturants. The property owner is very attentive. Even had the unit ready for us to check early. A truly great experience.

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

Everything was exactly as described online. Perfect for a couple's retreat. Parking lot, elevator and unit location are very convenient. Balcony is a good size with excellent new patio furniture with a great view of the ocean. Beach is only a few minutes' walk from unit. Conveniently located to nearby Coligny Plaza. Excellent and quick communication with Kendall. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others,

Fall getaway

2 day getaway , condo was great, clean and had everything we needed! Host were wonderful and checked to make sure all was good. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Will definitely rent this unit again

Birthday Getaway

We drove to Hilton Head for my wife’s birthday weekend. The weather was great and we enjoyed our time on the beach and great food at the various restaurants. The condo was comfortable and location was a short walk through the dunes to the beach. Coligny Plaza was a short drive away. The temps were too hot to walk. Overall we had a very enjoyable four nights. The hosts were good regarding communication.

Nice property

The room is very nice but it is small but I knew that from the reviews and it was fine for just the two of us. Lots of places in walking distance was nice My only complaint would not be about the room or property but there is a public beach access at the property which made the beach very crowded.

Nice location. Decent view of Ocean. Bedroom very small; hardly any room between bed and wall. Fitted sheets for bed didn't fit well; kept slipping off. Nice balcony table and chairs. Fridge door must be pushed shut.
