Detta rymliga uppdaterade tre sovrum två badrum condominium har ett fullt utrustat nyrenoverat kök och golv genom. Vackra nya badrum. Stor matplats som leder ut till den rymliga balkongen där du kan njuta av de underbara solnedgångarna. Direkt tillgång till privat strand och uppvärmd pool.

West Coast Vista ligger i en lugn Indian Rocks Beach och är en 15-enhetig byggnad i Gulf Front, har en privat parkeringsplats för undecover och erbjuder ytterligare besökare parkering. Det finns hissåtkomst som går ut till din egen privata post.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, privat badrum, klädkammare och en skjutdörr som leder ut till balkongen. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och stor garderob. Det tredje sovrummet har våningssängar och en enkelsäng. Det finns fem plattskärms-TV, 52 tums platt skärm i vardagsrum, kabel, internet och wifi-åtkomst.

Denna plats är idealisk för den aktiva semesterresenären och de som bara vill koppla av och koppla av. Bush Gardens ligger en kort bilresa i Tampa. Orlando temaparker ligger bara en halvtimme bort. Clearwater Marine Aquarium hem för "Winter" i närheten. För sportentusiasterna Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightening och The Ray's är en nära körning. Phillies, Yankees och Blue Jay vårträning är rätt i vår trädgård. Det finns alltid något att göra ....

Perfect

Everything was perfect: easy check in, very clean property, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, beach gear, etc. Loved the bonus of seeing the inter-coastal from the living area. The pool area had plenty of chairs though we spent most of our time on the beach. Location is great with many walkable restaurants. The host was fantastic. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location/condo

Great location! Enjoyed the quaintness of the property/condo. Plenty of room on the beach. The condo had all the necessities you need for the beach (umbrella, chairs, etc). Great communication with Leslie was much appreciated for any questions we had. Overall would stay again!

Excellent location for a quieter beach vacay!

The condo units are directly on the beach, right outside your door! This was a must-have for our 2nd Annual Spring Break girls trip with our daughters! The building was easy to find for our many Uber drivers, and very nicely kept! The condo unit itself was absolutely perfect for our girls’ group, the pool was nice and warm when the Gulf sea wasn’t! Everything was there that we needed for our week in the sun!! Our hosts, Leslie and Tom were superb hosts, and responded promptly when we had questions! *The only things that could’ve been improved upon was 1. the trash cans in the pool area, as they were overstuffed full for a couple days before the can was dumped; 2. the wind blew strong for two days and inside the pool area a small sand dune formed and that was still there 4 days after it formed. These are not host complaint, though, just condo unit observations.

Paradise

We loved our time in Leslie's condo! It is right on the beach, is a small and friendly community of people (combination of renters and owners), has spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and is a far bigger property than we expected. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indian Rocks Beach!

Great Condo & Location!

We have been visiting IRB for over 20 years and love staying in this condo association. The other guests are friendly, there is quick access to the ocean, a great pool on the beach and it's always fun to fish the intercoastal across the street. Leslie was a great communicator and the condo was clean, spacious, and had all we needed to cook and enjoy the outdoors for our week.

Lovely property!

Our family of five adults stayed for one week and enjoyed every minute. The unit is well furnished, including the kitchen. It was clean when we arrived and everything functioned well for the duration. The location and beach were amazing.

Great space for a family

This three bedroom condo right on the beach was exactly what we needed for our stay. Having a 13 month old baby traveling with us, we loved the pack-n-play and booster seat for our little one. The condo also had lots of family games. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Would recommend!

Clean and comfortable condo

Absolutely loved this condo. It is extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t really like is that the outside table and chairs were extremely uncomfortable but there was nothing wrong with them and we would have liked an icemaker in the refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay and really loved the condo overall.

Comfortable with Great Views

Property was immaculately clean recently remodeled. Condo is very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony had a beautiful ocean view. Leslie was very accommodating and communicated well. The elevators were a little confusing to figure out when we first got there, but that’s not the owner’s issue. 10/10 - would stay there again!

Indian Rocks Beach Vacation

Our stay at Sunset Paradise was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The condo is beautiful, we especially loved the view from the dining table. The beds are comfy allowing each of us to sleep well each night. We spent plenty of relaxing time reading on the beach, and our 5 year old granddaughter loved the pool! This location is great because we could walk to our favorite IRB restaurants for dinner, and enjoy an evening stroll on the beach on the way back. Great Place

We will definitely come back. The location is great too, so many restaurants and fun things to do. You can see the bay from the living room and the ocean from the dining room. The beds were comfortable and this condo has everything you need. Communication with the owners were great as well.

My Brother and I bought this condo in May. I live in Pa 610 -496-8202 and he lives in FL, we wanted a beachfront place where we could get together with our families more often. We all love the beach and this has given us more family time. The beautiful beach and amazing sunsets have been wonderful !!!
