Denna enhet har exklusiva möbler och fantastiska, vägg till vägg, golv till tak utsikt över havet från alla rum i detta 1400 kvadratmeter paradis. Vardagsrummet har en enorm soffsoffa som erbjuder massor av bekväma sittplatser för att titta på den nya 37 "plattskärms-TV / DVD. I sovrummet finns en king size-säng och i det andra sovrummet, två queen size-sängar. Det finns en TV och schäslong i varje sovrum för att koppla av och titta på stranden. Varje sovrum har också sitt eget privata bad i full storlek, masterbadet har en vacker ny promenad i kaklat duschspa och gästbadet har ett stort marmorträdgårdsbadkar och marmor fåfänga. Vardagsrummet / matplatsen och båda sovrummen öppnar sig ut mot en stor, privat balkong med utsikt över 1300 ft sockervit strand. Njut av den stora lagunpoolen (6800 kvadratfot) med tropiska öar och vattenfall (belägen mellan torn 2 & 3), två polynesiska pooler (säsongsuppvärmd), tre badtunnor, poolbar och grill (säsongsöppen), på plats jet ski / paraply stoluthyrning, gated access och 24-timmars säkerhet med gott om parkering. Long Beach is great!!

This is the second year my wife and I have stayed at Long Beach resort. This condo was very nice and beautifuly decorated. The master shower was great. We loved the floor to ceiling windows. The entire grounds were very well kept and security was onsite 24/7.

Wonderful stay at Long Beach

We loved our stay at Long Beach. Our condo was exactly as pictured and was the perfect size for our party of four. The master bathroom shower was wonderful! The only suggestion I have is a deep clean of the condo. Overall the condo was in great condition, however the kitchen drawers and cabinets need cleaning. We would definitely stay at this condo in the future.

It was fine

Condo was nicely appointed but did have a funky smell. Kind of like old cigarettes. Would recommend getting a set of sheets which fit the deep mattress in the primary bedroom & also investing in some decent hardware for the headboards in the guest bedroom so the headboards don't hit the wall. Location is great & having the beach service included a real plus.

Wonderful Condo

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of space and it was exactly as described. We did have an issue with one of the balcony doors upon arrival. It was broken and non functional. Kim jumped right on it and the door was fixed within a few days. In our particular building, one of the two elevators wasn’t working. It was being re-built we heard. But to be honest, only having one working elevator, you would think that would be a nightmare. But it wasn’t. We loved the condo and will for sure stay again.

Loved this condo

The condo was very nice. Bed's were comfortable. The couch was comfortable and the balcony table and chairs were nice. Loved the big shower as well. Did not use the kitchen except for coffee. We ate out every day. The only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't clean. I had to do some cleaning when we first got there. furniture was dusty and the fan in the master had dust hanging from it. But other than that great condo. Close to the elevators and trash shoot. the view from the balcony is breath taking. I would rent this condo again.

Love the Longbeach community. Close attractions yet on the quieter side of the beach.

The online photos of this property did not properly show the style of the decor. This unit is extremely dark and looks nothing like a bright beach rental. The master bedroom was so dark that you could not read in bed without the ceiling fan light on. The unit was also dirty. There was lots of statuary and faux plants and they were all laden with dust. I slide out the nightstand in the master bedroom to plug something up and there were dust bunnies everywhere. We ended up have to sweep and dust before we went to bed due to allergies. Both commodes periodically stopped up and had to be plunged. There was also mold and mildew buildup in the master shower. Otherwise, all appliances worked, a/c was cool and the furnishings were comfortable. I probably won’t rent this unit again.

Great Condo, well stocked. Very clean and pictures are true.

The condo is well stocked, kitchen cookware and utensils are plentiful. Only outage was no kitchen dish rags, and could have used more wash cloths in both bathrooms. The condo is very large and the large sectional was exceptional to provide lots of seating. The pool areas are beautiful. We have stayed at Long Beach for many years, Any time we go to Pananma City, we always stay at Long Beach.

A wonderful Condo with a few Surprises

First, the pictures of the condo do not match the actual condo. My sister and I were expecting 2 sinks in our bathroom and we found that some remodeling was done and we ended up with a lovely bathroom with only 1 sink. The condo itself was wonderful and very comfortable. We have stayed at a few condos in Long Beach Resort and we especially loved the huge couch and outdoor furniture. We arrived on Saturday May 11th and settled in right away. However, there was no paper towels in the kitchen and 1 dishtowel for the entire week. We ended up buying more dish towels which was no big deal. We did leave them there for the next tenant. After a few days we noticed that there was water under the sink and called Kim's office to let her know. The workman arrived the same day and fixed the leak. We also had a problem with the dishwasher and by the time we left on the 18th it appears that there wasn't any water going to the dishwasher. I ended up hand washing the dishes before we left. Again no big deal. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed just relaxing on the balcony after a long day in the sun. The other issue was not with Kim's Condos but the resort itself. They normally had 3 pools two heated and one not heated. We loved using the pool right down from our Condo. On Tuesday we got notified that that pool was getting work done and it was closed Tuesday night through Saturday. The other heated pool between Bldgs 1-2 was closed the entire time we were there because of the stucco on the building needed repair after the hurricane. We were left with the large lagoon pool which is not heated. Be prepared if you stay at Long Beach Resort. My sister got some bites on her arms and legs and went to the pharmacist who told her it was bites possibly spider mites from the Hibiscus plants on the balcony. They were covered in little bugs.

Beautiful condo. Amazing views from condo. Amazing resort with less crowding than neighboring condos

Highly recommend and would most definitely return! Views from condo were amazing and beach was fantastic and significantly less crowded than all neighboring resorts/ condos. Everyone is extrememy friendly & helpful. There was only one (if you can even call it a negative because it was fully disclosed). You can not get into your condo until EXACTLY 4:00 without paying $50/hour extra. We arrived at 3:20 and had to wait 40 minutes to get in. Just a downer... I was shocked that there would be additional charges to get in early... In 20+!years of vacationing I have never seen that anywhere we have gone. That was the biggest disappointment of the week. I would most definitely return and highly recommend this unit. Also suggest contacting Kim’s condo’s directly to save $$.

Absolutely Beautiful!

We stay at Long Beach at least once a year and sometimes twice, this room was great. It had everything that you would want and need. The only thing was the mattress in the master bedroom was not the best, but we made due and had a great vacation. I would stay there again and again and again. Kentucky #BBN

PCB - Our Happy Place

We had a fabulous vacation staying in this condo. The pictures definitely do it justice. The condo was well maintained and we loved the beautiful floors, granite in the kitchen and the huge master shower! Views from both bedrooms and the living room are heavenly! Long Beach is a fantastic place to stay because it is convenient to everything. The weather and water could not have been better! We would definitely come back here again in the future.

2ND STAY HERE IN 11 MONTHS...ABSOLUTELEY OUR FAVORITE!!

My family of 6 just arrived home on 5/20/2017 from another GRAND week vacation in this unit. We stayed here last June and loved it even more this go around. This is our first time renting same unit twice and I can tell you we are already planning our 3rd for October. Very clean and unit has everything you need. Loved a few upgrades from last stay like new lounge chairs on the balcony (which I slept very comfortably in a couple nights till my wife came and made me come in). Also some new décor. Just overall a great experience from location to amenities. Weather was AMAZING!! Would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!

BY FAR THE BEST SO FAR!!

We just arrived home from what we consider to be the best trip so far. We have stayed in so many units in Panama City...And I mean a lot. I had a party of six that stayed in this unit that included six adults. I didn't expect much to be honest from the pictures. Let me tell you we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Very clean with a perfect layout with AMAZING VIEWS from every room (Nothing like rolling over in bed and having that floor to ceiling view of the Gulf Coast!). Same view from kitchen and 2nd bedroom. Location... We were skeptical with it being so close to the ever so crazy Wal Mart. Not an issue at all. Very convenient where you could walk right across the street to some ice cream at Brewster's or visit Dee's Hangout restaurant ( which we highly recommend). We've had some bad experiences in the past with SLOW elevators...not an issue what so ever. Very clean and well decorated with everything you need (even had a electric griddle to make everyone breakfast which I love to do). Over all a excellent experience!! I have never been back to the same unit twice but you better believe my family and I will definitely be back!! Oh and another thing I would like to add in reference to a previous review.. The WI-FI access was GREAT! Listened to some great tunes under my canopy all day in the sand using the condos access. Great people to deal with as well!!
