This apartment is available for seasonal rental, for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulations as "non-residential use." Tourist rentals are not allowed; the rental must be for work, personal, or family reasons, and the person renting must reside outside of Madrid. Of course, the tenant cannot make this property their permanent residence (it will only serve as a temporary residence), nor can they register as a resident at this address.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious hallway leading to the main bedroom on the left. This bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private walk-in closet, while its windows offer tranquility with views of an interior courtyard. Continuing down the hall, we find the second bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for accommodating two people with its two 90 cm beds. Next to this bedroom, there is an additional guest bathroom for added convenience.
The heart of the apartment is a modern open-plan living room and kitchen, where contemporary style meets a cozy atmosphere. From this living area, you can access the third bedroom, which has two 90 cm beds and is the only one with a window facing the emblematic General DĂaz Porlier street, allowing for natural light and urban views.
All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, ensuring generous and discreet storage space, ideal for a long-term stay in the heart of Madrid. This apartment is the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and a prime location in the city.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of ⏠100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
