The NewMad apartments are located in a luxurious residential complex that is part of the boom in urban developments that are transforming Méndez Álvaro into one of the most modern and vibrant areas for residents and major corporate headquarters.

Characterised by its elegant structure of clean lines and glass facades, the complex is the perfect option for those seeking luxury, comfort and exclusivity in one place.

Its strategic location south of the city centre and close to Atocha Station and the Méndez Álvaro interchange allow for efficient and rapid connection to the rest of the city. It is also located very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofia Museum, the Prado Museum, the Madrid Planetarium and the Retiro Park.

The apartment:

Ideal for those seeking comfort and sophistication, this spectacular and bright two-bedroom apartment offers a perfect combination of avant-garde style and contemporary elegance.

Specially designed to optimise space and provide an elegant and comfortable environment, the apartment combines in a cosy space the dining area, a large American-style kitchen equipped with the latest utensils and appliances, and the spacious living room with a double sofa bed and Smart TV.

The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds and built-in wardrobes. For the greater comfort of our guests, the apartment has a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a 50 EUR cash supplement.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
