Nytt för semesteruthyrningsprogrammet, Àr detta vackra hem med 3 sovrum / 2 badrum belÀget i ett lugnt omrÄde pÄ södra Ànden av ön och ligger bara 1 mil till stranden och St. Simons Pier Village Area. FrÄn det ögonblick du gÄr vid ytterdörren kommer du att kÀnna dig som om du Àr hemma hemifrÄn. BefÀlhavaren svit har en queen size-sÀng med ett pittoreskt badrum med eget badrum och en underbar duschkabin. De tvÄ gÀstrummen som har en queen size-sÀng i ett sovrum och tvÄ dubbelsÀngar i det andra gÀst sovrummet delar en hall badrum med badkar. Utom bakdörren kommer gÀsterna att hitta en stor bakre veranda med massor av utrymme att grilla pÄ den nya gasgrillen, njuta av mÄltider vid matbordet i sex eller bara koppla av efter en lÄng dag pÄ stranden. Property was clean and well equipped. There was a problem with water pressure in the guest shower and problems using the keypad to open the front door. The keypad likely should be replaced.

We loved our stay at Highland House. The house was immaculate, the location was central to everything we did. If we come back to St. Simons, we would definately rent this house again.

Nicest vacation rental

This vacation rental was impeccably clean and had lots of room for me and my two friends. The shower in the master bath was very nice and so was the kitchen. Would stay here again

Great location, very comfortable accommodations!

This house had everything you need for a great beach visit. It is an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked to do any cooking you'd like. It is very clean and comfortable. I hope to stay again soon!

Perfect Getaway

Myself and some family met up here to surprise my mom with a little birthday getaway. The house was perfect! It was very clean and in a quiet tucked away neighborhood, but it wasn’t far to any of the spots on the island. Can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing Place! Great Location

The pictures don't do the house justice which is unusual. Great floorplan, large fenced yard, updated appliances and really nice updated Smart TV's, came in handy for using apps like Disney Plus for the kids! Also very quiet street! We loved our stay!

Spring Break

The house suited our needs very well. Great location and quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the large refrigerator with the ice maker, the new washer and dryer, and the beautiful large walk-in shower in the main bedroom suite. Our vacation was very enjoyable!
