This beautifully refurbished (2023), terraced property can be found within the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca, literally a stones throw from the impressive selection of bars, cafeÂŽs, provision stores and restaurants that are in the area.
It's also just a short stroll to the picturesque seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into the centre of Playa Blanca itself and onwards there to the lovely Marina Rubicon.
This property is a perfect base, to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday, in a residential urbanisation, whilst having a fantastic selection of eateries and conveniences, including a chill out lounge and patisserie, on your doorstep.
INTERIOR
Kitchen/Living Room:
The front door opens into a small entrance hall that has a door to the utility area on the right, which houses the washing machine, a doorway that leads to a modern, open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated with an L shaped, comfortable sofa, with seating for 4, coffee table and 75" SMART TV, providing a selection of UK Channels and Apps for streaming (Netflix, Prime etc - own account required). Wifi is also provided at no additional cost.
The large kitchen is well appointed with all the mod cons necessary for a perfect, self catering holiday, including an electric hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and American style fridge freezer.
Dining Area:
Sliding doors from the living area lead out to the enclosed dining area with ample seating. A further patio door opens out onto the pool and sun terrace area.
Cloakroom:
A modern WC and hand wash basin, with mirror is located, for your convenience, on the ground floor.
Bedrooms and Bathroom (1st Floor):
This property offers two bedrooms, one bathroom and a cloakroom.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, overhead fan and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside table, chest of draws and, again, plenty of wardrobe space.
Family Bathroom
A beautiful, modern shower room with WC, hand wash basin, lighted vanity mirror and large, walk-in shower with overhead rainfall shower and wall mounted shower head.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace: Sliding doors from the dining area lead out to the sun terrace, with two sun beds, and a private 4.5m x 2m (1.45m deep in all areas) pool that boasts a lovely, lighted (multi coloured) waterfall. Electrically heated (pool heater being installed April 2025 - heating provided October to May inclusive). Perfect for freshening up after relaxing in the Lanzarote sun.

It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants a stones throw away from the property, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately âŹ6.00 (2024)

There is a car park nearby, provided for these properties.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels (not including pool towels) are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. First child under the age of 2 years stays free, Cots and highchairs available, upon request, at an additional cost of 20⏠per week, per item.
