The Space
Beautiful, chic and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area.  Dining table sits centrally to the room and is perfect for entertaining and social dining.  Sofa with armchair that comfortably seats 4 adults.  Modern shelving that house a 32 inch Freeview/Smart TV and WiFi Hub.  Stylish and ambient lighting complements the modern and chic décor.

Fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, Nespresso machine and additional window seating to accompany the chef!

The area has views over the Fire Station and Duncombe Park.

Open plan living area leads onto hallway with hanging space for coats. Large cupboard which houses washing machine, electric meter, fuse board, ironing board and iron, vacuum and space to store additional personal items.

Main apartment entrance door to Flat 3 leads off the hallway.

Bathroom leads off hallway, with opulent décor and beautiful fittings the bathroom provide a large walk in shower area, rainforest shower fitting along with hand held head, heated towel rail, toilet and basin.  Complimentary hand soaps, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Bedroom 2 leads off the hallway with its fresh and modern decor that suits dynamics of visitors. Full size single bunk beds.  Full length mirror, hanging clothes rail with hangers, bedside table with small bedside lamp, window blind, arm chair and 24 inch Smart TV.

Master Bedroom leads off the hallway, oozing cosiness, boudoir and comfort.  The room has a 4ft 6 double bed, hanging clothes rail with hangers, small bedside shelves with hanging bedside lights, dressing table with mirror and puffer stool, dressing gowns, blinds and a 24 inch Smart TV.

The Fire Station is a retained site and is only used when required.

Duncombe Park is a great place to sit and relax whilst your children play in the playground - this is a quiet residential area of the town.

The is free on-road parking available along Duncombe Street, it is on a first come first served basis.

There are 2 half flights of stairs to reach Flat 3. They aren't steep but are a little narrow. Handrail assistance is fitted but may be difficult for elderly or disabled persons.
