Summary:
We present this traditional three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse with a communal swimming pool. Located in Res Perla del Mar II, Playa Flamenca, it is just off the main streets, meaning that while its many amenities including Zenia Boulevard and Via Park II are within a 5 min walk, you still have your peace and quiet. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed. **** Airconditioning is in the living room only ****
The Space:
You enter the property into the living room and dining area, it has a cozy sofa, coffee table, TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, and an air conditioning unit. The kitchen is just off to this side and is equipped with all the necessary white goods needed for a family self-catering vacation including a Fridge/freezer, Hob, oven, Toaster, etc. On this level of the property, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower cubical.
The master and the second bedroom both are both upstairs, The master has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin single beds. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets, wardrobes, and high-speed ceiling fans to create a cooling breeze while you sleep. The family bathroom is also located upstairs and has a toilet a bath and an overhead shower.
This property also boasts a private solarium as well as an ample stone garden area with a raised tiled terrace where you can sit and either eat a meal or relax with a drink after a long day.
The communal pool is located just a short walk away, it is gated and has grassed surroundings.
The Neighborhood:
This property has many local amenities just a short walk away, the nearest is Via Park II commercial area is just a 3-minute walk away, you have a parade of bars and restaurants including MurphyÂŽs Irish Pub, An Indian restaurant, A fish and chippy etc. Slightly further away, 5-10 mins you have is one of the largest outdoor shopping malls - Zenia Boulevard where there are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
Less than a 10 minute walk from the property you have Celtic Isle, where you can spend the day relaxing by the pool with no need to go anywhere for food or drinks as there is both a diner and a Chinese restaurant in the complex.
Playa Flamenca Beach is the nearest beach, just 5 mins drive away from the property, however many other beaches within a 15-minute drive if you wish for variety to enjoy the Spanish sunshine.
For avid golfers, this part of the Costa Blanca has a great choice. Las Ramblas, Campomor and Villa Martin are all within a 15-minute drive but if you wish to go further afield in either direction you have La Finca, La Sirena, and Roda all within a 30-minute drive to name a few.
For activities further afield you have Torrevieja, only a 20 min drive away, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.
Getting Around:
Easy access to both the N332 And AP7 means that both airports are within a 45 min drive.
