Komfortig drottning säng i sovrummet och en bekväm full storlek hide-a-säng i vardagsrummet, plus Pack 'n Play. Ny 50 "TV / DVD med kabel och höghastighetsinternet. Privat uteplats framför w / paraply omfattas bord och stolar. Privat tillbaka uteplats med solstolar, bistrouppsättning, gasgrill och festlig belysning. Tvättservice finns tillgänglig. En av gatan parkeringsplats för din bekvämlighet. Inga trappor från parkering till casita, hemmet ligger på en nivå. Alla ekologiska produkter levereras för din användning, inklusive tvätttvål som vi använder för dina lakan och handdukar. Rengöraren använder också gröna produkter.

Our host was very responsive and professional. Our Casita stay was very comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We took walks to the park and went to a local gym for exercise. The location is very central to all the things that we did. I highly recommend this lovely Casita and we would come back and stay again!

Everything was wonderful—the location was quiet with groceries and coffee shop within a block or two. Kitchen was well appointed. Communication with host was immediate when we had questions. We failed to notice in pictures (although pictures do show this) that the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom—not really an issue for us with family members but perhaps for other groups it could be.Overall we had a lovely stay!

Great location, great casita!

a lovely little cottage in the North Park area. Single floor so no upstairs neighbors, completely separate building that is well appointed and very comfortable. Highly Recommended!!

A place a couple can enjoy

The casita is well located in a very welcoming area of San Diego. Very quiet and comfortable. The place is well appointed and isgreat for a couple to enjoy the city. Located near to nice cafes and coffee shops. Grocery store is nearby. Street traffic is non existent so it is peaceful. Surprising place for one being located so close to the city.

Perfect little casita

This was just what we like for our vacation stays. Casita was very clean and furnished well. Location was great for visiting many of the San Diego sites. Off street parking is awesome to have.

Great birthday trip

The casita was clean, comfortable, and private. Couldn’t have been in a better location with walkable restaurants nearby. Everything else (beaches, downtown, and zoo) was a quick drive.

Very nice property

Very nice Casita; well-organized and appointed. Good walkable area, as well. Online pictures were accurate and communication was very good. I would recommend to others abd would stay there again.

Perfect for us

The casita was clean and well-stocked; it had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for two people. The beds (including sofa bed) were comfortable. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for being so close to a major road. It was great to have private parking. It is within a few-block walk to restaurants/bars.

Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. Convenient. This place is great!

Loved our stay here! This is our second stay in North Park and we will be back if the owner will have us. It’s so peaceful and cozy we barely wanted to go anywhere. But there is plenty to do close by and convenient as well. Charming casita with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Thank you!!

Everything we wanted and more

This was a great property. Everything in the listing and some extras. The location was perfect with walking distance to stores and restaurants, just a stone's throw from Balboa Park and the Zoo. Quiet, clean, and restful. Our host responded quickly the couple times we had questions. Would 100% recommend to a couple or a couple friends visiting San Diego.

All the comforts of home!

My husband and I recently spent a week in San Diego, and really enjoyed our stay. The casita was very comfortable, had what we needed, and provided a space to regroup at the end of our long days. The neighborhood had some good places to eat and get morning coffee within a short walk. I look forward to staying at this very comfortable home again on my next visit to SD.

Great property & great stay!

Very nice, well maintained, clean property, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas and greater San Diego. We really enjoyed staying in this "Casita", everything was perfect and as promised. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to San Diego and will highly recommend this rental to our family and friends. Nancy was very responsive with communication and a pleasure to deal with.

Great place & location

This property was perfect for our extended weekend. The location is perfect, with a number of great restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to the other locations we planned to visit. The casita is cute, cozy and fully stocked with literally everything you might need and even the things you didn't know you needed! The bed is also very comfortable. 😊 We had some minor trouble with one of the door locks and Nancy sent someone to take care of it and she was an overall very pleasant and attentive host. I'd absolutely recommend this property and would book again if I visit the area. we planned to visit.

My name is Nancy Felton and I have been a Realtor in Seattle for 37 years. I have owned and operated 3 other vacation rentals for almost 10 years. San Diego is such a fun place that I purchased this property to make into a vacation rental so I can come and visit San Diego also.

I closed down the vacation rental is May of 2020 when everyone cancelled because of Covid and rented the property full time. Now I am ready to open again and continue with the vacation property. I am excited to be able to provide you with a great and enjoyable stay.

I just purchased this property in October, 2017 and was thrilled to be able to find a Spanish style home with a casita. That way I can come and visit also.

I fell in love with this neighborhood that is so close to everything, from 3 blocks to olympic size swimming pool to the local cafe only 1 block away. Minute drive to beaches, the zoo and Balboa Park. I also enjoy sharing my home with people from all over the United States and the world so they can enjoy this little piece of heaven.
