Vi Àr belÀgna i hjÀrtat av San Diego!
VÄr vackra och rymliga studio svit Àr ansluten till vÄrt hem i det underbara och tysta omrÄdet Bay Park i Tecolote Canyon. Du kommer att njuta av din egen privata ingÄng. Rummet Àr nu utrustat med luftkonditionering. Du kommer att ha ditt eget pentry med kaffebryggare, spis, mikrovÄgsugn och brödrost. Vi ger dig tillrÀckligt med kaffe för din första morgon.
Du har direkt tillgÄng till (delad) tvÀttstuga. Badrummet var byggt för att rymma en rullstol. Shampoo och balsam tillhandahÄlls. Det finns tvÄ takflÀktar. En fantastisk vÀggvÀrmare med vÀggmonterade kontroller. Opererbart takfönster ovanför soffan och i köket.
Vi Àr ett rökfritt och drogfritt hem.

Om vÄrt samhÀlle: Bay Park Àr en underbar och lugn familjekvarter som ligger centralt till allt (spÄr, strÀnder, restauranger, barer, centrum, Coronado, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland - listan fortsÀtter)! Mer specifikt ligger vÄr studio-svit i Tecolote Canyon (en kort promenad frÄn Nature Center) dÀr du kan njuta av en vandring / naturvandring eller till och med en mountainbike.
Hyr med oss ​​och du kommer att vara 6 1/2 miles till COMIC CON! Vi Ă€r en kort 1. 5 miles till nĂ€rmaste Trolley Station som tar dig direkt till Convention Center.
Du kommer att vara 1 mil till Mission Bay Park; 6. 6 miles till Pacific Beach; 4 miles till Sea World; 6. 5 miles till downtown Gaslamp Quarter och 7 1/2 miles till vÀrldsberömda San Diego Zoo och Balboa Park!

Amazing stay and cute house with top of the line amenities. The neighborhood is very quiet and the assigned parking spot was a bonus! The washer and dryer was convenient especially if you are staying longer than a weekend. I will definitely be back on my next trip to San Diego!!

Stayed for 6 days while attending a conference in Mission Bay.Great place. Clean, comfy, felt like home, had everything I needed, including a plug for my phone charger.Great location; quiet/friendly neighbourhood, close to the city and local canyon trails (good for walking/running/exploring). I didn’t have a car, but it was an easy walk (1mile) to the nearest trolley station (public transport) and a good coffee shop.Great hosts. Welcoming, friendly, helped me get settled when I checked in after dark. I planned to rent a bicycle, to travel to the conference, but instead Emily lent me her bike. Thank you.

Amazing little spot and perfect for our trip to SD. Host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everything you could ask for at the house. AC, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, laundry and an AMAZING shower with lots of water pressure. One of the best places we’ve stayed!

Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay while in the San Diego area. Located in a safe, quiet, centrally located neighborhood, the suite was immaculately clean, roomy, and well-stocked with everything we could need: nice linens, toiletries, beach towels, etc. The bed was super comfy and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed by myself for a short trip to see friends in San Diego. Great location and host. Clean and comfortable and had everything I needed and ev charging. Great trails a few minutes walk away in the canyon. Would stay again.

We came down to enjoy San Diego for a week

We are fortunate to secure this studio. It’s very well equipped very clean new host and houses. They were fabulous central to almost everything we wanted to see Seaworld Balboa Park and San Diego zoo highly recommend this location.

Emily and Kris couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Their studio was a perfect size and convenient to everything. Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Check-in and out was easy and they gave very good tips on the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again the next time I visit! Thank you guys!

Kris and I met in 2002 training for a marathon. We married in Mexico 3 years later. We have two wonderful school-age children who keep life fun, full, and busy.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our Studio Suite is private. It is a beautifully converted former garage. We raised the roof, insulated the walls, added plumbing, a kitchenette, new windows (including two operable skylights) and a beautiful all-glass front door. You will be able to park in the driveway and enter the studio through your own gate (shown in listing) and into your own private and secure entrance/front door. There are two solid pocket doors separating you from us. The kitchenette space divides the studio from the main house. On one side of the kitchenette (as seen in photos) you will find all of your kitchen essentials. On the opposite, you will find the laundry room. We too utilize the laundry room, but limit our usage to when you are out enjoying the sights. A portion of the kitchenette/laundry is our pantry space. The pantry cabinets will feel separate from your kitchenette. Please peruse the photos. They capture all of the kitchenette space you will enjoy and you will be able to see the pocket door previously mentioned. We have our own refrigerator in the main house. However, we have some frozen items stored in the kitchenette freezer. We are happy to share. To be clear, the refrigerator in the kitchenette is for your use.

Note: The operable skylight lets in a lot of natural light.
