Detta historiska hem ligger bara en 10-15 minuters promenad till Main Street och erbjuder bekvämligheten med en plats i staden med utomhusutrymmet vanligtvis reserverat för andra delar av ön. Hemmet har två däck och en expansiv gård. En helt ny uteplats, uppdaterad landskapsarkitektur och nya utemöbler med eldstad tillkom förra året för att skapa det perfekta utomhusutrymmet för familjer och underhållande.
Ny central AC och varmt vatten på begäran lades också nyligen till.

Ett stort välkomnande kök öppnar direkt till matsalen. Vardagsrummet har en fungerande vedeldad spis.

Great Weekend

We had a great stay at this property. House was clean, the location was close to town and the grocery store, loved hanging out on the back deck. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect getaway

This property was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was so convenient to the bike paths, Roasted coffee, stop n'shop, and other island gems. So clean and comfortable! The beach chairs and cooler were extra nice touches to make our days enjoyable. Hard to beat the beautiful backyard and surrounding beauty. Thank you so much to Zach for an easy booking process.

Lovely family house

The place was great for our two married children and their children. Bigger than the pictures show. Large back yard with everything you would need! We loved the outside shower, plus having three showers was great when getting ready for dinner after the beach all day. Perfect!

Great location, well appointed

The house was convenient to town and to the beach. The backyard was beautiful and our kids enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor shower. The upstairs bedrooms are not suitable for adults as the staircase is steep and the ceilings are very low. Some spots in the house were in need of repair. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the property.

Wonderful Stay!

Lovely home with a cottage feel! Very clean. House rules were well communicated and simple to follow. Zach was very responsive with the few questions we had. Location was great - short walk or bike ride to town one way and short walk or bike ride to grocery store the other way. Our trip was only 2 nights with some rain so we did not get to enjoy the outside amenities nor did we cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. We had 4 adults, just be aware loft has very steep steps and 2nd bathroom shower is very small. That aside, we would stay there again!

Place to call home while on Nantucket Island

Great communication. Location was walkable to town within about 15 minutes. Very very clean. Steep steps to upper level so be aware if you have small kids. Nicely configured for multiple couples traveling together. Although we did not cook kitchen appeared well equipped. Guest rules are quite reasonable. Would stay again and would recommend.

Beautiful and charming house and we loved the location. Short walk to downtown, well stocked, quiet street, Nice conveniences like night lights and fans in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend!

Nantucket paradise!

This was my first time to Nantucket and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house was perfect for our group, it was a perfect mix of character with modern updates. The backyard was paradise as well! It is a short walk out of town and conveniently located next to Cumberland farms. I can’t wait for my next stay!

Perfect stay walkable to town

Such a great spot, especially if you are looking for something walkable to town (less than a mile). The backyard is a hidden gem. Zach was very helpful and easy to communicate with, not that we needed much since the house was in great shape and had detailed check in list. Fully stocked with beach chairs/gear as well. Highly recommend!

Great location and amenities!

House is perfectly described. Stop and Shop and Cumberland farms super close by for groceries. Quick 10-15 min walk to Main St. House is stocked with all amenities needed for vacation (coolers, beach chairs). Outdoor oasis was well kept and made for great nights grilling in and s’mores by the fire. Owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Quaint home with great amenities

We had such a wonderful experience at this property. We stayed in and grilled and used the patio on several nights and all the rooms exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect and only minutes from downtown. We loved it!

Cute house, great location, amazing outdoor space

Cute house with amazing outdoor space! The house is perfect located and easy to walk to town. Zach was a great host and very responsive. Do note the two "bedrooms" upstairs are not really suitable for adults since the ceiling is so low.

Loved this house! Great location! Cute yard! Perfect week!

This was the first time that we rented on Nantucket. We considered a few properties but we could not have been happier with this house! It was clean, cute and we loved the backyard space! It was in a great location within walking distance to the Island Kitchen (amazing breakfast) and a stone's throw from Cumberland farms and 15 minutes to town. The owner was a pleasure to work with and always very responsive to emails and inquiries. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect in-town home with beautiful yard

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was lovely, clean, and in a great location (about a 15 minute walk to Main Street down beautiful Orange Street). The backyard is large, well kept, and perfect for an evening of relaxation after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower was also a nice perk! Thanks Zach, for being such a great host!

Great house great location!

We had a lovely time walking into town and taking our dog to the estuary nearby. The house was clean and had everything we needed and the owner responded quickly when we had questions. Can’t wait to return!

Perfection!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect Nantucket experience for our family. My husband and i enjoyed our early morning walks to town with a quick stop at the coffee shop on the corner while the kids slept in. The house had everything we could have wanted including a wonderful private backyard to end the day. We will be back!
