Hi, we have a beautiful home in La Jolla which is for renting when we are not there.
Our daughter lives next door and takes care of our guests together with her friend.

Stroll 20 mins to the village or hop on one of our bikes to explore all that La Jolla has to offer.

THE SPACE
This recently updated 3-bedroom townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for the whole family. Located in a quiet duplex, with the owners living next door, the home features a spacious king bedroom with an attached master bath, a queen bedroom, and a bunk bed room — ideal for kids or extra guests. Enjoy the newly renovated space with fresh floors, modern bathrooms, updated ceilings, fresh paint, and all-new appliances.

There is an additional full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs, plus a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. We also provide family-friendly amenities, including a crib, changing table, and toys, available upon request. There are two separate outdoor areas — a courtyard in the front featuring a spacious deck, perfect for lounging, and a private back garden with a BBQ and dining table. This cozy home is designed to feel like a comfortable retreat for families looking to relax and explore.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the whole house and outdoor areas. The garage is used by the owners however, the guests will have access to a small area of the garage where the washer and dryer is housed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is no AC in this house. La Jolla does not typically get unbearably hot as we have the breeze from the ocean, however if you are very heat sensitive please keep this in mind. We do have ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. No parties allowed. This property is part of an HOA with lots of families living nearby so please keep noise levels respectful especially after 8pm.
