As advertised; spectacular views and cool eichler vibe.

The kitchen was a chef's dream. Lots of everything you may need. Bedrooms are spread out and private. The pool and patio is beautiful. Two days was not enough to enjoy all that this home had to offer.

Fantastic time had by all

We all had a very comfortable stay in what I can only describe as a beautiful and expansive (especially the view) house in the scenic hillsides of northern Glendale. Could not have picked a better place to host all of us. The kitchen and the grill were also specifically well equipped and clean. Also, the grocery store (Jon’s) is great and only 5 blocks away on Glenoaks.

Excellent Property

We came to town for my son’s wedding and this property made the four days even more special. It’s a beautiful house with everything you need. The view and outside amenities were out of this world. Mario was incredibly response to any questions we had.

trip to universal studios

The location is perfect for trips to universal studios and Hollywood boulevard. Uber trips were around $35 to both. The pool and spa were amazing and the view is great. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you want to do. The neighborhood seemed extremely safe. Nice big TV and comfy couch in the living room.

Gorgeous property in a great location!

Our family of four stayed here for a few nights at the beginning of August. Stunning entry and once we walked in the front door it continued to impress. The view from the deck was great and we all made use of the pool and spa. Very quiet residential neighborhood. We didn't make use of the kitchen other than to store water and such because we dined out mostly but it appeared to have everything you need in case you do. Definitely need a car if you want to venture out to restaurants and shop but most everything is a short drive away. Property owners were very responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!

"Six Pack" 2024 Vacation

Our three day stay (8/10/24 - 8/12/24) at this Glendale "gem" was relaxing and magical! As a mature couples group of six adults, we have enjoyed traveling together close to two decades with high standards. This vacation home checked all the boxes with high marks for cleanliness, the kitchen was a dream for cooking meals with every utensil you need, appreciated the washer/dryer and the deck with pool, spa and TV while enjoying the majestic views of L.A. made this vacation home a perfect vacation oasis! We did not have a rental car but Uber/Lyft not an issue to get around. If staying longer than two days and wish to explore the area more, we would recommend comparing cost of renting a car. The property manager, Mario, and his team were responsive with all the information we needed from time of booking to checking out. Awesome home to create wonderful vacation memories. Super clean

This property was just like the listing and the pictures. Loved the view. The hottub heated up super quick once we turned it on. The place was very clean! I really appreciate a clean rental and this one did not disappoint! Also loved the small details. For example in the main bathroom there was a light you could switch on while showering that had a heater. This was an excellent touch! Would totally recommend this rental!

Beyond amazing

Best house we’ve ever rented on VRBO. The beds were comfy, the house was very clean, and the towels smelled so good & were freshly washed and dried (we are picky about towels). The outdoor features were excellent. It made our vacation in CA extraordinary. Thank you!

Amazing in every way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house, hosts and neighborhood are all perfection! Their attention to detail and anticipation of guests needs are second to none. All of the beds were super comfy, even the pillows. The linens smelled so nice when I crawled in bed after a very long day of travel. The kitchen was amazingly equipped and spotless. It’s a fun home that’s beautifully decorated inside and out and situated at the top of a quiet neighborhood with many shops, markets and dining options within minutes. A lovely, relaxing get away in a great location allowing you to enjoy all LA has to offer. The drive to Disney wasn’t bad either. And the VIEWS! WOW! Amazing sunsets! The hosts are super communicative, responsive and NICE. They could write the book on vacation home rental hosting. We loved staying here and will continue to book this home any time we are in the LA area. Thank you, Mario and Yvette, for sharing your home with us and making our vacation one to remember!

Perfect place !

This house is a great find. We have stayed here several times. It is exactly like the pictures and description. The location near Kenneth Village, Brand Park, and hiking trails, as well as all the Glendale shopping make it convenient for easy access to all needs. Highly recommend it. Mario Ruiz is a terrific house manager and is very attentive and responsive immediately. Well equipped kitchen too.

Our favorite vacation rental in SoCal

Our family loved our stay. The house is beautiful, very clean and the perfect setting. They thought of everything with good labeling to find what we needed. The sheets were so soft and the beds very comfortable. The pool and spa are beautiful. We would definitely come back to stay here again. This was our first VRBO and what a great experience. Wonderful stay in the hills of Glendale.

My family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hillside home. The layout of the home was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Although we didnt cook in our short stay, we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which served us more than adequately for morning coffee, breakfast and take out dinners. The pool was a favorite feature which we enjoyed several times including the evening of our arrival along with dinner on the patio. Three full baths and VERY comfortable beds, pillows and linens put this home on the top of our list of favorite vacation rental homes. Mario was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Family birthday get away

We were coming to universal studios for my daughter’s birthday. We looked around and really liked this house. Upon arrival we were super impressed by the neighborhood and the front entryway. Once inside the pictures really don’t do it justice. This house is amazing! Views amazing! Plus a pool and jacuzzi? Just perfect. Only 20 minutes drive to universal studios. All around great Vrbo.
