Vi köpte den hÀr egenskapen 2007 och Àr en perfekt match för vÄr angrÀnsande mycket populÀra "Beach Recess jag" egendom. Du kommer att kunna se och höra havet frÄn vardagsrummet, matsal och kök. Om du inte har bokat din ocean front semester, nu Àr det dags.

TÀnk dig att vakna upp i vÄr helt nya king size-sÀng, titta pÄ din favorit tv-program pÄ vÄr nya 40 "tv i vardagsrummet eller tv i sovrummet, och titta pÄ havet frÀmre sovrummet. FörestÀll att titta pÄ havet frÄn ditt vardagsrum eller matsal med din favoritdryck, tillgÄng till Internet med vÄrt trÄdlösa anslutning samtidigt tittar pÄ delfiner simma förbi och surfare fÄnga vÄgorna. Du kommer att njuta av alla bekvÀmligheter i vÄrt hem med en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, handdukar, sÀngklÀder och en vÀlfylld kök. VÀnligen njuta av övervÄningen dÀck och nedervÄningen uteplats för avkoppling, grillning och avslappnade samtal med mÀnniskor som passerar förbi pÄ strandpromenaden. We have stayed on Mission Beach in the past, but staying here set a new bar for satisfaction. The accommodations were wonderful and the beach & ocean views were spectacular. The cleanliness and general attention to details made you feel like you were home, not a visitor!

Celebrating 80th birthday

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! My “boyfriend” and I enjoyed perfect weather, perfect views of the ocean. We went to sleep listening to the waves! My family stayed nearby and we celebrated my 80th birthday at the ocean. This location was perfect and the place immaculate.

Amazing location.

This property was perfect for us. Close to everything we wanted to do, clean, cozy, great neighbors, parking, and a beautiful view. We really enjoyed eating dinner at the table and watching the sun go down every night. We would definitely stay here again.

Magical ocean condo

Well packed with everything you need. Great location, can walk to everything! So much fun to watch the people from the porch, not to mention the ocean, surfers, kites etc. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Vacation

It was great waking up every morning to an ocean view. We enjoyed watching people on the beach and in the water. We were able to ride our bikes to various destinations nearby. It's a great place to stay for two people.

Perfect

Perfect place for my husband and me. Waking up to the ocean view was simply awesome. We were in walking distance to some really good restaurants. It was also very easy getting from and back to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent this place again.

Amazing beach house

Kurt made answered my questions quickly and I was able to secure the dates with ease. The house is very clean and well kept with the most amazing view. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

The view alone is priceless! Clean and comfy Condo with an amazing view of the ocean with the sounds of the water and being steps away from the beach! Perfect location! Great for families or couple vacation! We even got to see the dolphins swimming, so beautiful! Highly recommend!

3rd Times a Charm

This was our 3rd stay at this location. We absolutely love the beach, the neighborhood and all that the neighborhood has to offer. Great eats and drinks are right there. The condo is very comfortable and is complete with all the items needed to make a nice dinner in house if you so choose. We look forward to our 4th stay, we love this place that much.

Living the Dream with Expectional Sunsets!

Totally awesome time in an amazing ocean front home. Sunrises on the bayside were exceptional, watching surfers from out dining was enjoyable, and the happy hour sessions with epic sunsets were superlative.

Third time, every one a charm

Third time here, and wonderful just like the first two times. Perfect area (for us - walks on the beach, restaurants, access to SD) and the place has plenty of space. It also has everything we need. If for some reason you have to do a little work, nothing better than doing it while listening to the waves and looking out at the beach. Can't wait to come back.

He has been married for 41 years to Kelly, loves the ocean, loves triathlons, and loves to surf. We are delighted to own two adjoining ocean front properties. We are graduates of San Diego State and have been educators and more for several years.
