Vi köpte den här egenskapen 2007 och är en perfekt match för vår angränsande mycket populära "Beach Recess jag" egendom. Du kommer att kunna se och höra havet från vardagsrummet, matsal och kök. Om du inte har bokat din ocean front semester, nu är det dags.

Tänk dig att vakna upp i vår helt nya king size-säng, titta på din favorit tv-program på vår nya 40 "tv i vardagsrummet eller tv i sovrummet, och titta på havet främre sovrummet. Föreställ att titta på havet från ditt vardagsrum eller matsal med din favoritdryck, tillgång till Internet med vårt trådlösa anslutning samtidigt tittar på delfiner simma förbi och surfare fånga vågorna. Tänk dig att sitta ute på altanen på eftermiddagen ta i lite sol medan du läser din favoritbok.

Föreställ dig att gå barfota på stranden med en familjemedlem eller andra större och tittar på en spektakulär solnedgång. Tänk dig att förbereda att särskilda måltid, njuta av en middag med levande ljus, och titta på din favorit DVD. Föreställ dig att gå att sova på natten med ljudet av Stilla havet precis utanför ditt fönster.

Medan du njuter av din semester på vår North Mission Beach Ocean Front semesterboende kommer du att ha tillgång till ett sovrum, ett badrum (525 kvadratmeter) villa med en ny bäddsoffa, stol, speglar, takfläktar, dubbla spröjsade tonat sol glas , takfönster, matta, tv, matsalsbord och stolar, badrum handfat, toalett och badrum kakel.

Du kommer att njuta av alla bekvämligheter i vårt hem med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, handdukar, sängkläder och en välfylld kök. Vänligen njuta av övervåningen däck och nedervåningen uteplats för avkoppling, grillning och avslappnade samtal med människor som passerar förbi på strandpromenaden. Dessutom kommer du att ha en utsedd parkeringsplats.

När du gör semester planer och verkligen vill ha ett rent, bekvämt, komplett och säker bostadsrätt på stranden du verkligen behöver överväga detta Premier Ocean Front plats. Besökare, retursemesterfirare och lokalbefolkning är överens om att "Beach Recess I och II" har en av de bästa utsikt över San Diego kust- kustlinje i North Mission Beach.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in this condo! The location is perfect - we spent most of the time just looking at the ocean. The condo had everything we needed and is very well maintained. We will look forward to a return visit!

Amazing location.

This property was perfect for us. Close to everything we wanted to do, clean, cozy, great neighbors, parking, and a beautiful view. We really enjoyed eating dinner at the table and watching the sun go down every night. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean right on the beach

Loved the bed and the lounge chair. Nice pillows! Towels were nice too. It was a good size for 2 people. We loved the location.

3rd Times a Charm

This was our 3rd stay at this location. We absolutely love the beach, the neighborhood and all that the neighborhood has to offer. Great eats and drinks are right there. The condo is very comfortable and is complete with all the items needed to make a nice dinner in house if you so choose. We look forward to our 4th stay, we love this place that much.

Magical ocean condo

Well packed with everything you need. Great location, can walk to everything! So much fun to watch the people from the porch, not to mention the ocean, surfers, kites etc. Highly recommended!

Perfect

Perfect place for my husband and me. Waking up to the ocean view was simply awesome. We were in walking distance to some really good restaurants. It was also very easy getting from and back to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent this place again.

Third time, every one a charm

Third time here, and wonderful just like the first two times. Perfect area (for us - walks on the beach, restaurants, access to SD) and the place has plenty of space. It also has everything we need. If for some reason you have to do a little work, nothing better than doing it while listening to the waves and looking out at the beach. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing beach house

Kurt made answered my questions quickly and I was able to secure the dates with ease. The house is very clean and well kept with the most amazing view. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

The view alone is priceless! Clean and comfy Condo with an amazing view of the ocean with the sounds of the water and being steps away from the beach! Perfect location! Great for families or couple vacation! We even got to see the dolphins swimming, so beautiful! Highly recommend!

Living the Dream with Expectional Sunsets!

Totally awesome time in an amazing ocean front home. Sunrises on the bayside were exceptional, watching surfers from out dining was enjoyable, and the happy hour sessions with epic sunsets were superlative.

Property description on point

The views were amazing that alone was worth the price of admission. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. I would stay here again anytime. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out bed in the front room was also very comfortable. Nice nice

Perfect!

We loved staying here. It was so close to the water and the view was breathtaking. We could hear the waves from anywhere in the house with the skylight(s) open. It was a great location. Very close to SeaWorld. Walking on the sidewalk along the beach was so nice. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My stay here was exactly what I needed. Listening and watching the waves and the surfers all day was the peace and quiet I was looking for. The parking was perfect and and access to the unit was easy. The kitchen had everything you would need for meal prep but I just ordered delivery, except for the coffee machine, that I used every day. I would highly recommend this location for its location right on the beach and a very responsive and helpful owner.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Loved staying at Kurt and Kelly’s beachfront condo. The beach is literally your front yard, the bay is less than a 5min walk away. Lovely sunsets and soothing sounds of the ocean waves at night. Enjoyed getting juices and smoothies at Funky Lemon and exploring pockets of San Diego and La Jolla… all less than 15 min drive away. Fun times!

Relaxing and comfortable

Thank you for opening your condo to visitors! We had yet another wonderful stay on the beach. The bed is so comfortable that you just melt away to a restful slumber. Your place is in one of the best locations on the beach. So close to great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Hope to return to your location next year. Amazing!!!!

Perfect weather, perfect location. Kurt and Kelly were extremely accommodating and easily reachable. This by far was our favorite place so far and we go to SD every year. We are already looking to book for next year and probably staying a little longer than a week this time. Everything about this place is awesome. We’ll be in touch soon to book next year.

Beautiful sunsets

We had a wonderful time in San Diego over Thanksgiving week. The condo location was great and the sunsets were beautiful. We watched the dolphins every morning while having breakfast on the balcony. We walked the beach every morning and evening, it was nice not to have to get in the car every time we wanted to go to the beach. This was a great location for a couples getaway. Thank you Kurt for sharing your condo we will definitely be back again.

Mission Beach’s Finest

Thank you so much for opening up your VRBO to us. It was wonderful and had beautiful views from anywhere you sit. We had smiles on our faces for the entire visit. Walked to the bakery in the morning and to a few restaurants in the evening. Very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The only sad part was having to leave this gem on the beach! We will be back!

Excellent place to Stay

The is was an awesome Christmas Trip. It was better than expected. Just sitting out on the deck and listening to the waves, and watching the sun set over the ocean is beautiful. We walked every day. Our favorite restaurants were all within walking distance. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and ever thing needed, and we are able to cook a complete Christmas dinner. We enjoyed it so much, we have already planned our next visit.

Mission Beach

Ocean front property with great view. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Two suggestions: update the instructions for using the tvs (the remote control at the property is different from the instructions); and equip the property with a squeegee and window scrubber. We had rain that spotted the windows with no way to clean them.

This is a picture of my wife Kelly. We will both be available to make your stay a pleasant one. Kurt was born in Mission Beach and knows the area extremely well. He has been married for 41 years to Kelly, loves the ocean, loves triathlons, and loves to surf. We are delighted to own two adjoining ocean front properties. We are graduates of San Diego State and have been educators and more for several years.
