Culver Sands, located on the stunning Isle of Wight, is a fantastic choice for your next holiday or short break. Comfortably sleeping up to six guests, this modern second-floor duplex apartment is perfectly positioned, with fantastic sea views from 2 sea facing balconies.



Despite its island setting, the Isle of Wight is surprisingly easy to reach—just a couple of hours from London—with frequent ferry services from Southampton, Portsmouth, and Lymington. For a car-free journey, simply book a combined rail and catamaran ticket from any mainland train station to nearby San This stylish modern duplex apartment offers the perfect retreat after a day spent exploring the Isle of Wight or relaxing on the beach, which lies just in front of the building.



Inside, the open-plan living area features comfortable contemporary sofas and a Smart TV—ideal for unwinding while enjoying views of the sea through the patio doors. Step out onto the beautifully positioned balcony to take in sweeping panoramic views, watch ships drift by on the English Channel, and, as evening falls, admire the colourful lights twinkling around the curve of the bay.



The dining area comfortably seats up to six guests and sits beside a well-equipped kitchen—perfect for socialising and entertaining. The apartment offers three spacious bedrooms: the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private en-suite shower room; the second bedroom also features a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room; and the third bedroom is arranged as a twin, ideal for children or additional guests.

LOCATION:



Glorious Sandown Bay is right on your doorstep and has been voted one of the Isle of Wight’s best beaches. With its expansive stretch of golden sand and excellent swimming waters, it’s a perfect spot for seaside relaxation. Along the shoreline, you’ll see the striking contrast of red sandstone merging into the white chalk of Culver Cliff—an area known for fascinating fossil discoveries.

Just across the road from the apartment, you’ll find Sandham Gardens, a family-friendly attraction featuring go-karting, Sky Nets, crazy golf, and a children’s play area. A short, flat walk towards Yaverland brings you to the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary (formerly the Isle of Wight Zoo), renowned for its work with big cats and rescued exotic animals.

The town of Sandown is packed with beachfront attractions, meaning you’re never far from the fun—or the sand. For those who love a scenic stroll, the coastal path stretches from Yaverland, past the pier, and along the seaside revetment all the way to the charming neighbouring town of Shanklin.

For more active visitors, Sandown Bay is a hotspot for water sports. Depending on the conditions, you’ll often see paddleboarding, surfing, catamaran and dinghy sailing, windsurfing, and kite surfing on display.



ACCOMMODATION:



FIRST FLOOR: Entrance into apartment, lobby / hallway.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, dressing table and chair, hairdryer, ensuite double shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Outside balcony off the bedroom with small table and chairs for 2.



LOWER FLOOR:

Open plan kitchen diner and lounge: electric oven, gas hob, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer/dryer machine, Ninja knife rack and sharpener. Freeview Smart TV , sofas, armchair, dining table and chairs ( seating 6 ) , with access to a balcony via sliding patio door.



Bedroom 2: King size bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, ensuite double shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.



Bedroom 3: Twin beds, clothes hanging rail and chest of drawers



Bathroom : Bath with over head shower, wash basin, wc, heated towel rail.



Cupboard with clothes airer and highchair.



OUTSIDE:

Balcony with exterior furniture and sea view.

Allocated parking for 1 car behind the property. In addition, visitor spaces are available, on a first come first served basis.

PLEASE NOTE:



Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of ÂŁ40 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of ÂŁ200 before check-in.

If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.



This property can accept a maximum of 1 pet(s). The charge is ÂŁ35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.



The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.



No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.



There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.



Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.



Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
