Great stay in this very clean and spacious suite that is part of a nice property. The host Cindy is friendly and accommodating....super nice touch leaving muffins, yogurt, coffee and water to start our days exploring this beautiful region (Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon). La Verkin/Toquerville is a very peaceful and authentic area to stay. Book it. You'll be happy you did.

Cindy’s place is spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We really loved the close proximity to Zion Hot Springs and enjoyed a relaxing evening there. It’s also only 30 minutes from Zion National Park, which was a huge perk and made our next day morning drive to the park so much more manageable.Cindy even provided breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us the energy we needed before our hikes. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was definitely our favorite stay during our vacation to Utah. Cindy's "mini apartment" checked all the boxes and more. It was beautiful, comfortable, and private, with so many amenities: a Keurig coffee maker; light breakfast food for the next morning; popcorn to snack on while we watched a movie on Netflix; and hot cocoa for chilly weather. She seemed to anticipate our every need. The property was immaculate...we couldn't have asked for anything more. Cindy was very prompt in responding to our questions, and provided detailed information that we needed to know concerning our stay. We will absolutely stay there again when we visit Utah.

We absolutely love this property and the host. This was our second stay, and everything was perfect. It’s the ideal size for a couple — cozy, quiet, and comfortable. My personal favorite is the jet spa tub.The room is always super clean, and the host stocks fresh muffins, yogurt cups, fruit cups, and coffee pods for each day. Check‑in is easy, and the location is close to Zion, local stores, and restaurants.Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Great hosts and beautiful room with large bathroom

Helpful, friendly hosts provided breakfast and a comfortable, beautiful room for our stay. We used this as our home base for visiting both parts of Zion National Park and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Property

Great Stay

It was like I had my own wing of their beautiful home. It is a great location in a beautiful setting. The accommodations were clean, modern, comfy and quiet. Highly recommend for two people.
