Perfect vacation. Perfect condo. Perfect hosts

First, Joan, our host, was fabulous from time of booking throughout our stay. Everything about the condo was first class. Lovely furnishings Comfortable beds flowers and a bottle of wine upon arrival. We wanted for nothing. Even instructions on how to use the tv. Air conditioning worked well. Three coffee makers. A lot of little extras that most condos don’t provide. Thanks again, Joan, for all that you do for your guests. I hope to come back and stay for another week next year!

Beautiful condo, even more spectacular than pictures. Two King suites, both with walk-in showers, very hard to find. Owners provided a bottle of wine, fresh flowers & candies upon arrival! Very easy to access our unit, front gate, etc. Never had owners leave so many extras; facial cleaning wipes, extra toiletries, dishwasher & washing machine detergents! A fabulous week- and did I mention the million dollar view??

Great Condo

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful condo! The host was very attentive and prompt in answering our questions. The layout of the condo was really nice for 2 couples. Each of us got our own King size bed and nice balcony/view of the ocean. We do recommend this lovely condo!

Joan and Joe är värd

After vacationing in Amelia Island for many years we decided to fulfill a dream and purchased a 1 bedroom condo in Amelia Surf and Racquet Club in 2017 as an oceanfront retreat for ourselves as well as family and friends and our wonderful vacationing guests! We enjoyed it so much that we upsized to our current 2 bedroom unit in 2021 and did a major renovation that was completed in July 2021! We spent years visiting beach towns all up and down both coasts of Florida, but immediately fell in love with Amelia the first time we came here over 20 years ago! And the feeling has never changed. From the unbelievable, uncrowded beaches to the charming historic town and the old growth oak canopies all over the island, we’ve never found a place that offers so much or feels more like home.

The View is simply spectacular. And the location of this south end resort accessed from an idyllic tree canopied street just steps away from the Ritz Carlton can’t be beat! Miles of beachfront at the back of the complex and miles of pristine paved trails to the front with pools and tennis on the property and golf, restaurants and shopping all less than a mile away offer something for everyone!
