Denna Villa # 9 B är ny för uthyrningspoolen. Det har hållits obefläckat och mycket elegant möblerade med allt du behöver från komplett kök, lager tvättstuga, möblerad Lanai och grill / grill. Master svit har utsikt över havet / golfbanan. En extra bonus är en 1 bil garage inklusive bekvämligheter för stranden. Gästrummet har enkelsängar med konvertering till king size-säng på begäran. Handvindarna är underbara men på riktigt varma dagar är det trevligt att centralt luftkonditionering och takfläktar svalnar dig efter en hel dag kul i solen. Och du är en mycket kort promenad till den otroliga Ocean Club Bar and Grill. Denna Ocean Club är bokstavligen framför havet. Den öppnar till lunch klockan 11:30 och Happy Hour är 15:00 till 17:00. De tropiska drinkar och full bar har utmärkt mat och dryck. Toppkockar har varit med i utvecklingen sedan 2008.

Halii Kai är byggt på 30 hektar av prime fastigheter på Kohala kusten på Hawaii Big Island. Hali'I Kai Resort tar ut en daglig resortavgift för användning av alla bekvämligheter på $ 10 / day. Vid incheckningen debiteras de direkt till gäst. Från och med den 1 april kommer Hali'I Kai höja sin kurs till $ 20 / dag.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. The host was great at communicating and providing instructions a suggestions for a great stay on the island. The golf cart to get around the resort and the access to the golf course were such nice perks. Lisa even reached out when we had a Tsunami warning to make sure we were okay and knew where to go. We will be back.

My wife and kids had a great stay here. The unit is located in a really great neighborhood. It is very quiet and family friendly. The unit itself was well equipped with very comfortable beds and all necessary kitchen utensils plus a three burner gas grill. The unit has a great ocean/golf course view with ample snorkel gear/beach chairs/beach towels/boogie boards ect. Sitting outside on lanai was very quiet and peaceful. The golf cart that comes with the unit was a really nice bonus. The neighborhood pool is very nice with beautiful ocean views and a bar/restaurant. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time on the Big Island!

Well-appointed condo

We’ve stayed at several VRBOs and love coming back to this condo when we stay on the Big Island. Very well-appointed compared to most, and such a nice community. Member benefits at the Waikoloa Golf Course, nice view of the fairways and distant water, convenient to everything in Waikoloa. The Ocean Club is a great added bonus. We will be back again!

Lived everything about this well appointed unit in Hali’i Kai. The view and golf cart made our stay fantastic! Host and property manager were easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make our stay personalized. Thank you for a great week- we will be back!

Another Great Stay

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s great location. Golfing is a big plus. The property is very clean and well stocked up with everything you’ll need. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience

We saw and enjoyed many of the beautiful sights around the island, but at the end of the day the calm and peace we enjoyed just staying at this place to unwind was perfect. It was a great place to stay. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience

We are so happy with our stay. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has a lot of amenities. The property itself is beautiful and well located. The condo and garage are well stocked with items making it easy to cook, clean, bbq, and have fun at the beach! We hope to stay here again!

Outstanding stay for our family!

We loved how well stocked the kitchen was and easy access to the ocean front pool & restaurant. Added benefits of beach play toys and access to the garage were extremely useful as well. Lisa was attentive to making our vacation fun (with a kind basket of goodies upon our arrival) and effortless. We highly recommend staying at this property which has updated amenities and excellent location.

Beautiful condo

A wonderful stay in a beautiful spacious condo that had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking in, views were great! We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant there too. Lisa is a wonderful host and welcomed us with a fantastic basket of goodies. We couldn’t have been happier here and hope to return someday!!

Great place!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was a great home base for our Scuba diving and beach day/boogie boarding fun. The beach towels, boogie boards, and beach umbrella were welcome items to have access to. The best was sitting by the pool, enjoying a mai tai, and watching whales just off the coast - two days in a row. Can't beat that! Overall the place was clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything we were looking for during our Hawaiian vacation.

Wonderful Stay in a great property.

The unit was very nice and had everything we needed for our trip. The garage was full of beach stuff, including chairs, beach umbrellas, and snorkel gear, which made our beach trips hassle free. We also took advantage of the golf discounts at the resort course, which saved us about $70 per round, as well as the clubs that were also in the unit saving us additional rental fees. The communication was also great, and we would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Perfect spot for family of golfers

LOVED the view and access to golf course, swimming pool, and club. The condo was everything we needed as a home base while we explored the island! Communication with owner and concierge was very pleasant and they responded in timely manner every time! Well equipped kitchen and garage had anything you needed for a trip to the beach. The property is well manicured with lovely landscaping. If we make it back to the island again this is the first place I will look into! Will highly recommend this property and unit to anyone we learn is going to the Big Island!

Great location and great hostess.

This is our second visit to this condo complex and our first to stay at Lisa's property. We couldn't ask for a better experience. The location and amenities are second to none and Lisa was very responsive to any questions, requests or concerns we had before, during and after our stay. Wonderful unit with amazing view!

To start, Lisa is just awesome. Every question answered promptly. The unit is wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Modern appliances. Golf clubs in the garage helpful. Golf discount is huge - especially for a foursome that plays every day. We will miss having our morning coffee overlooking the 6th hole and the ocean. I highly recommend this unit!
