Perfect spot for a family

The place was perfect for our family, also dog friendly with common sense rules. The place was well stocked with bikes, ping pong, washer dryer with detergent. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals of all sizes and the location was perfect to get to the beach a half block in either direction.

The Cayucos property was great. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds - the location was perfect - right across from beach and easy access. Played ping pong and just enjoyed Cayucos.

Mother’s Day week celebration

My mom and I rented this place for a week just to relax and enjoy the beach and to celebrate Mother’s Day. The place was very roomy and very clean. We had all the supplies we needed to cook meals. Beds were super comfy. We were just steps away from the beach. The property management company was very supportive when I was struggling to get the barbecue grill lit. I really appreciated that.. hoping to stay there again maybe during off-season

We love Cayucos. The overall property was ok, the biggest issue was the ants in the kitchen and around the house - even in my kid’s luggage that came home with us. Would have been nice to know that there were any issues before we went.

Perfect Cayucos Beach House!

This home was exceptionally clean and a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a 3 year old child. We hope to book this home again next year.

Another great stay

We have rented this property before and again enjoyed our stay. there is plenty of space for all and the location is perfect, steps to beach access and a short walk to town. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We were able to reach the property manager easily and had no problems during our week,s vacation.

Property was older and somewhat dated but clean. Just across the street from the ocean and close to beach access. The bed in the master was comfortable. Dog friendly was a nice plus. We enjoyed our stay.

Central Coast Getaway

My family and I have stayed in this home a few times and love the location, comfort, and close beach access! Our dog also loves the beach & side yard is such a convenience for your fur baby! We will be back again for sure as the Central Coast and Cayucos has a way of making your stress melt away! 😊

Spring Break Trip

Our kids loved the ping pong table, while we all loved the proximity to the coastal access. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable pet odor and the ant issue never entirely went away during our stay.

Family fun!!

It was a nice place for are family. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Ping-pong table in the garage and a nice place for the dog to go potty out by the garage. You can tell that they had leaks in the roof. There was a hole with mold around it in the bathroom from a leak. Lots of spiders everywhere.

Third time's a charm too!

We've now stayed at this house three times. Each time we have enjoyed it, and this time certainly felt like coming home. The house is really nice. It's not that it's a spectacular house but everything is good. The floorplan works well for a vacation home. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works. The bedrooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are very functional and clean. There's a ping pong table. Our only wish would be for a somewhat larger front deck since it is small and is the best place to get sun. The absolutely best part of the house is the location in Cayucos. It's right across from the ocean front properties, close enough to town to easily walk over, and within two blocks in both directions of staircases down to the beach. I'm sure we will stay here again.

Cayucos Beach

We loved our stay, especially the close proximity to the beach! The house was nice sized for our family. Loved the ping pong table in the garage. It was really nice for entertaining our grandkids ages 11 & 13. We used to live in Los Osos and it's always nice to come back and visit our old stomping grounds :-) We love Duckies Chowder House by the pier and also the Sea Shanty Restaurant. They have amazing desserts! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach House

Lovely beach house. We loved the bikes, the ping pong table and the fire. Just a perfect little place by the sea. Hope to come back soon.

Good beach access

This property was perfectly located, very close to beach access. an easy walk to town. The bedrooms were comfortable, although the drapes barely covered the windows in the queen bedroom.but there was good closet space and the bathrooms were large enough. The living area was ample, and the kitchen was supplied with the basic appliances. The decor was not particularly appealing, the dark carpet gave the living space a dingy appearance, although it seemed to be clean enough. My one minor complaint was with the kitchen There were no small glasses, suitable for juice (or wine ) no wine opener and of the few wineglasses, one was broken ,a jagged chunk missing. The pots were ok, although there was no good nonstick pan. There were no placemats, or coasters and we could have used a few more dish towels.There was a small side yard but no real outdoor sitting space or deck. Having said that, it rained for most of the week we were there so we enjoyed sitting around the table playing games and cards. The location was excellent, with close beach access had the weather been conducive to beach walking or sitting. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.
