"Beach Cottage" ligger bara 2 kvarter frÄn Morro Strand State Beach, en fem mil oavbruten expans av sand och vÄgor. NÀr du dricker kaffe pÄ morgonen kan du sitta vid frukostkroken eller pÄ det inneslutna glasdörren och titta pÄ vÄgorna bryta med Morro Rock i söder och hela Estero Bay till den vÀstra horisonten. Man kan faktiskt se 50 mil kust; söder om Montana De Oro (Point Bishon) och norr till Estero Point (norr om abalongÄrden). I södra Ànden av Cayucos pÄ Ocean Blvd Àr du omgiven av odlingsstrÀnder och blÄtt vatten. De flesta dagar kommer du att se lokala proffs svÀva upp topparna i sina para-glider, precis bakom huset, landa pÄ lÀgenheten framför stranden ... coolt!
Huset har totalrenoverats. VÀggar har tagits bort och siktlinjer beaktades sÄ att du har utsikt överallt i det stora rummet. DÀck har bekvÀma stolar, ett bord för matsal, gasgrill och ett 10-paraply för solskydd. Köket har en svit av rostfria vitvaror frÄn Samsung, bÀnkskivor av kvarts i hela, och omedelbart varmt vatten för te eller varm choklad för de svala, blÄsiga eftermiddagen och filtrerat kallt vatten. Det stora rummet erbjuder bekvÀma sittplatser för konversation eller anvÀndning av den 50-tums plattskÀrms-TV: n; Premium-kanalerpaket och ljudsystem. Det fulla badet har maskinens topp, badkar / duschalternativ, vattenbesparingsloo och dubbla handfat; förvaring för dina personliga badhanddukar, kan staplas i den stora förvaringsskÄpet. 3/4 badet har ocksÄ vattenbesparande loo, duschkabin och diskbÀnk med förvaring under. GÀst sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och Àr smakfullt inredda med en 47-tums platt-TV. Det stora sovrummet har en Cal-King, hög pojke byrÄ, och Àven en 47-tums platt-TV.
BakgĂ„rden har en lugn miljö med en vattenbrunn, saftig trĂ€dgĂ„rd och en eldstad för de rostade marshmallows och Smores. En förvaringsbod finns för större leksaker som surfbrĂ€dor, cyklar eller saker som INTE GÅR I HUSET! TrĂ€dgĂ„rden Ă€r innesluten och lĂ„sbar. Det finns inget garage privilegium. Ägare lagrar hyror tillbehör dĂ€r. OBS ... Vi lĂ€gger till ett utrymme över garaget och carporten 2018 som Ă€garna anvĂ€nder. Det designades av vĂ„r arkitekt för att eliminera all ljudöverföring mellan vĂ„ningarna.

what was not to like! Beautiful place. Comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, we cooked several meals. Cindy was super easy to work with and accommodating. It is accurate that you can be standing on the beach in less than 5 minutes. The views were wonderful. Great location between heading up to Paso Robles for the wine and a half hour from the airport and downtown SLO. Magnificent! Will stay again for certain!!!

We had an amazing time at Cindy’s house. She had thought of everything, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week we were there. We enjoyed many meals on the deck and saw whales and otters with the binoculars we brought. The kitchen was well stocked. The decor is perfect for the beach, and the bed was comfortable. Fantastic views of Morro Rock

Second time here. The house is clean, the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. The beach is across the highway, a short walk. The hills are behind the house with hiking trails.The kitchen has all the amenities, there is a warm outdoor shower for humans and pets coming back from the beach. Would definitely come back!

Third time

Third time we stayed at Cindy’s. Perfect size to include friends. The place is well stocked and ready to enjoy the minute we arrive. Every comfort we need. Love the front patio to whale watch and bbq. We saw so many this year. Location is perfect to journey north or south to so many nearby attractions. Cindy is a great host. We stayed for 24 days and still didn’t get to see everything we wanted to. So we will be back next year. Wi-Fi works great and a tv in every room is appreciated. Dog friendly.

Cindy and I grew up in the Central Valley of California and always loved the surf, boarding and fishing. After owning rental homes in Fresno, our home town, we decided to get into the Central Coast housing market with a full time rental in Los Osos in 2000, thinking that it was where we would like to retire, eventually. Fourteen years later, as we closed in on retirement, we were able to trade rentals when we found the Cayucos house. With a vision in our minds and countless hours of watching DIY shows, we hired an architect and a contractor to make our dream reality. In the last month, as we finished our work, we’ve had 4 generations of family spend time with us and, as you can imagine, loved the experience.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We never thought we could find a home with proximity to the ocean, views, and requirements of 2bd, 2ba, inside laundry, and a garage that was affordable. We just got lucky. When discussing a mobil home with our good friend and realtor, Jeff Blanchard, he asked us what we really wanted and he said, “There is a house
” and we came immediately to check it out. In less than 10 minutes, Cindy was ready for an offer and I said, “Heck yah!!” The financing was a bit complicated, but, long story short, we have been able to remodel the ocean home of our dreams. The house is centrally located on the Morro Strand beach and within short driving distance of many coastal attractions. We hope to move to the cottage in the future, but, for now, we will share it with a few “Ocean lovers.”

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Without doubt, the view, the closeness to the ocean, and the comfort of the home are its unique qualities. The family throws their toys and towels into the wagon and we walk to the beach. Within 3 minutes, we are in sand, shoes off, wind in our face, waves crashing at our feet. Kids are digging in the sand, surfers are working the waves and couples are walking their dogs for miles. Nice place to be!
Aside from beach life, there are a multitude of other activities. World renown wine country with more than 250 wineries to visit and taste. Gather friends and let someone else do the driving. Sightseeing up and down the coast: Hearst Castle, sea lion rookery, Montana De Oro, Big Sur, Artist Colony at Harmony, fine dining in towns up and down the coast, and last but not least, you could simply put your feet up, read a book and relax... the Pacific Ocean stretching for as far as you can see.
