Absolutely must visit place!

This was the most relaxing place to stay! So close to everything and yet it is quiet ,peaceful and private! The owner is so easy to communicate with and she goes above and beyond to make your stay the most relaxing, wonderful, amazing experience ever!

Paradise in Paradise Valley

We just left after staying for 5 nights and had an absolutely wonderful stay! Melissa was a fantastic host. The casita is super cute and well kept. Looks like it’s been updated recently. Beautiful, well appointed casita.

This little casita is perfect for a getaway to Phoenix. It has everything you need from a comfortable bed, nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. Melissa has thought of everything. There were snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us and little toiletries in the bathroom. The grounds are gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and by the fire pit. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent a long weekend at the Villa de Paz while house hunting in Phoenix. The place had everything we needed. It was nice to come “home” after being out all day looking at real estate. Enjoyed the pool & quiet. Nice early morning walks to the mountain trails. Good restaurants nearby. Melissa was so thoughtful having a welcome gift basket waiting for us on our arrival. We are so happy we found this place. What a gem!!!!!

Our Phoenix Sanctuary

We stayed with Melissa and Zoe for a month while conducting business and visiting family. This is an ideal place to stay for adult couples that enjoy the privacy of a home environment (private pool/hot tub/strolling around neighborhood, etc.) yet being in close proximity to all the Phoenix/Scottsdale area events and sites. Restaurants in this area are excellent, plentiful, and not as crowded as the Scottsdale restaurants. Melissa is a kind and thoughtful hostess and Zoe will melt your heart with her sweet face and demeanor. We plan to always stay here each winter!

One of the best properties we have rented.

The whole experience was perfect in every way. The Casita was well furnished, spotless and had everything we needed. It was larger than we anticipated and and overlooked a lovely pool and well maintained landscaping. There was plenty of sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas and we could always find an area in the sun or shade to suit our needs. Situated just off the US 51 it was ideal for excursions in the surrounding area. A cruise on the Desert Belle is well recommended. We had two weeks of perfect weather and we were saddened to have to return to a very wet England. Melissa was the perfect host, available when we needed her and replied promptly to emails.....even at 2am! You will not be disappointed.

AZ Paradise

Melissa was a fabulous host. She checked in with us, made herself available for any questions or recommendations during our stay and respected our privacy. The casita was a beautiful, private oasis!! The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures. The linens were soft, the bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and the casita was nicely decorated. The location is close to hiking trails, restaurants and was very safe. I can’t compliment the outdoor area enough
.pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and multiple very comfortable seating options including chaise lounge chairs. We will definitely be planning a return trip!! Thank you Melissa & Zoe

Great location and place

Enjoyed my stay. Central location in a quiet neighborhood was convenient to everything. Casita had plenty of space for me, was well appointed and very clean. I didn’t need anything once I arrived. Much better than staying in a hotel!

A little zen getaway

The casita was beautiful! Setup very well with guests in mind; luggage racks, basic toiletries and kitchen supplies for cooking! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful, if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of life

SituĂ© au nord Ă  30 minutes de l aeroport, Le quartier est calme les maisons environnantes trĂšs jolies aussi et les magasins ne sont vraiment pas loin (en voiture Ă©videmment) Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le grand confort de la casita, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, lit et canapĂ© parfaits, seul le bruit de la climatisation est un peu fort nous a un peu gĂȘnĂ© certainement car nous ne sommes pas habituĂ©s. Les extĂ©rieurs paysagĂ©s sont magnifiques tout l arriĂšre de la propriĂ©tĂ© est accessible c est fantastique, sans parler de la piscine (un peu chaude en aoĂ»t forcĂ©ment) Melissa est une hĂŽtesse attentionnĂ©e et rĂ©active , nous l en remercions vivement.

Dream Honeymoon/Babymoon

WOW! Our stay was nothing short of magical. The other reviews were what initially drew us in and let me tell you, there were no exaggerations! The casita was so private, clean, and relaxing. Floating in the pool on a warm afternoon was bliss, especially combined with the fact that all I could hear around us was the sounds of nature, no matter what time of day it was. The neighbors were friendly and the casita was a short walk from a beautiful mountainside with lots to explore. You are a quick drive (5-10 min tops) from many grocery stores and delicious restaurants, yet feel like you are way out of town in the best way. Melissa was the ultimate host, giving us privacy but also checking in on us to ensure we had what we needed and there to answer questions if we had any. That was very appreciated. The attention to detail in the casita shows she takes pride in her home. There were zero concerns with cleanliness and it was well stocked with all essentials. The backyard was spectacular and she leaves it all for the use of guests! Thank you, Melissa, for making our trip memorable and just what we needed. We recommend this property a million times over!

Amazing Birthday Vacay

Villa De Paz is a little slice of heaven! Close to the main house, but we felt our privacy was respected the entire trip. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, even though it was not working at the time, it was a cool mini pool while gazing at the stars. We enjoyed the pool, and got a tan in what seemed like our own mini resort. The natural views were spectacular, to say the least! Bring a yoga mat to do a breathtaking sunrise flow, or an eye mask for the mornings when you want to sleep in. A close drive to Scottsdale, where we enjoyed too much delicious food. This is a beautiful place to stay for a romantic getaway or a quiet solitary retreat.

Couples Get-Away

The property was perfect for husband and I. Located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails, it was just what we were looking for. The property was large, pool and hot tub were perfect. The casita itself had everything we needed for restful time away. Melissa was absolutely amazing and we would definitely return.

A beautiful getaway

Previous reviews were accurate
this property is a gem! Location is very good and the property is so private, located on a very lovely street which provides a great place for a walk. Melissa was wonderful, very helpful when we needed assistance with the TV service. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub, it was too cool to use the pool. Loved our experience!
