This is a beautiful, clean and bright condo! It felt like we were the first people to stay there! Everything was well-appointed. Grounds are gorgeous and we really appreciated the covered parking! It was close to everything we wanted to be close to.

Everything was great! The furniture, the kitchen supplies and appliances, the decor--everything feels brand new! Everything was spotless and well stocked. We had absolutely everything we needed. The nearby Safeway was a HUGE plus. Great location! Would definitely recommend!

The unit was newly remodeled and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is great with a short walk to Safeway and other restaurants and amenities. This was helpful as we didn't rent a car. While a little cold for the pool, the hot tub was appreciated and the pool would be nice on a sunny day. It is a first floor unit so some noise from above neighbors and cars but not too bad. Sheri was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated condo. Everything was new and the kitchen was well stocked. Has everything you need for cooking. Comfortable king size bed and walk in closet. Binder on table helped with turning on TV and condo rules. Condo is in a gated community. Very clear directions on gate code, parking, etc. Easy check in and check out. One of the nicest condos I've ever rented.

Hi Ivy, Thank you for your feedback. On the day you were scheduled to check in, I sent you this note via the VRBO website: “Hi Ivy, I wanted to make you aware of a note I received from the HOA. They will be making some repairs to the water meters in the complex which will require water to be shut off from 9am to 1pm on Monday. Hopefully that isn’t too much of an inconvenience for you. Thank you, Sheri”. This was an unforeseen issue, and since You didn’t respond to that message and the water situation was completely out of our control, we assumed this did not present any issues for you.. We are very sorry that the temporary water shut-off issue was an inconvenience during your stay, but we are grateful that you booked with us, and trust that all the other accommodations surpassed your expectations.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Meridian as my son lives there and I have used 2 other units previously. This was the best and will be my primary unit going forward if available. The host could not have done a better job with communication. The price was affordable and the property safe compared to comparable hotels in the Biltmore area for Easter weekend.
