Excellent condo and fantastic resort!

The property is exactly as pictured. The condo is very clean and the Fontainebleau property is amazing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Another stay at Sorento Tower

The room was just as described. The hotel’s cleaning crew does an ok job, but could be doing a better job. The room had plates, glasses, silverware, etc. The room itself needs an upgrade, but that is the case with other rooms at the resort. Time for a facelift. The resort itself is still nice and clean. The service was good everywhere, except for the first day check in. It seemed like the person who checked me in, just came from the street and never worked at this resort before, she could not answer a single question. Beach service is top rate. Overall our stay was very pleasant and issue free. I recommend renting through this property management group.

Technical issues

The hotel is poorly run and the service was so slow. I don’t know if I would come back. Though the property owner was amazing with quick responses. Housekeeping is a disaster as well as any services provided by the hotel. It needs more staff and people willing to work.

Overall Good Experience

Overall stay was pleasant. A few minor issues in the room, but they were quickly fixed. Room isn’t really an ocean view room, but we didn’t care for the view. Check-in took a while because the check in for Sorento and Tresor towers are combined to just one small check-in area, so there was a lot of waiting. Some of the staff were extremely rude, but some were incredibly kind. Would definitely stay again

Nice time.

The room was nice however the pull out couch that my daughters slept on was very very thin and uncomfortable. We were able to get a foam topper but was still uncomfortable for a weeks stay. Cleaning was suppose to happen on Wednesday and never happened but we still had to pay for it. If you don’t get to the pool or beach as soon as they open it is difficult to find chairs and everyone is on top of each other because it’s crowded. On the beach you can rent a bed for a significant amount of money and if you don’t rent one, it will be difficult to see the ocean because the rented beds have big canopies that will block your view. We loved the weather and the beach water but wouldn’t stay here again.
