Lyx på Nantucket-stil på sanden! 4 sovrum, 3 badrum, alla på första våningen öppnar precis vid strandpromenaden och sand. Nybyggt med gourmetkök och stort rum som öppnar till en gigantisk 600 + sf uteplats med en inbyggd BBQ. Bifolda dörrar försvinner för att ansluta uteplatsen och köket och ge känslan av verkligt inomhus / utomhusliv. En täckt carport-parkeringsplats. Allt är helt nytt. På stranden, plus bara ett kvarter från viken och den nyöppnade Marina Park. tre sovrum med king size-sängar, och ett med 4 våningssängar. Sängkläder, handdukar, badhanddukar och allt köksmat och serveringsmateriel ingår. WiFi, kabel och TV. Bekvämt beläget mellan Newport och Balboa Piers, nära till många restauranger, barer, båt- och cykeluthyrning. Se även VRBO # 969334 för liknande hyra (5 sovrum) i samma byggnad.

Great location to pier, but needs some updating. Needs new lockbox- stat. Slider very hard to lock. Lots of beds!

Great location and place to stay

We love this location! The space was open and fit everyone very comfortably. Loved to open kitchen and the wall opening to the patio and beach was beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Great location and family house!

The houses are both beautiful! And the location is perfect for a week at Newport Beach! Close enough to walk to everything but not in the middle of the busy piers. It was amazing having ac. Loved it!

Best location in Newport Beach

Perfect location on 15th street. Close enough to walk to the pier and right next to a beach rental place for bikes and a minimart for buying last minute items. Kitchen was not well equipped, but that seems common for a lot of VRBO places.

This beach house did not disappoint! Great location with a wonderful size patio. Rental mgr/owner was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Bonus was the a/c ; as most beach rentals do not have a/c.

Great new rental, perfect location

My family stayed here for a week and enjoyed everything about the home and the location. Everything was close by and christi was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Thank you for making our beach vacation easy and enjoyable.

Best location EVER!

We had the most amazing week in this 5 star house. It is beautiful inside and out and located right on the beach. The location is perfect - short walk and bike ride to local restaurants and shopping and a short drive to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Disneyland and other fun spots. The house is gorgeous and is stocked with everything you need!

Gymnasts in Love

We stayed at this property with moms and daughters who were in town for a gymnastics competition. We loved the property and location. They girls spent time on the beach and walked for great snacks like smoothie bowls and ice cream not far away.

You have everything you need at this location. Plenty of beds, the best view and beach vibes all day and all evening. You're within walking distance of restaurants and shops and plenty of activities to entertain children and adults of all ages. 10 out of 10
